1. Executive: Script Utilization Report Needs Script End

   Could the Script End Date be added to the Executive: Script Utilization Report. This report has a lot of useful info on it, but we then have to look for the script end date elsewhere.

2. Scheduling : Upcoming Visits Report

   Please remove "FLR due" and "Next FLR Visit" and "Next FLR Visit Therapist" from this report. FLR is no longer required and it shows a red alert on this report which is confusing when training new front-desk staff.

3. Patient Status Tracking and Plan of Care Compliance Dashboard

   Could A2C develop a Patient Tracking Dashboard that would give the front desk and management a single place to effectively manage all the patient cases. We are struggling to keep track of all of the coordination of all the information we need to keep up on and make decision on. Currently we have to run a variety of repots and handle each type of information separately, and we often have to print the reports out to work them. This leads to stale information and is very time consuming.

   There is good functionality in various areas of A2C including the tabular reports and PT Charge entry screen (dashboard) that we would like to see in this Patient Status Tracking.

   For example, the dashboard could show each patient name and columns for:

   Case Number

   Case Type

   Referral Date

   First Visit Date

   Evaluating PT

   Case PT

   Case Status (Active, On Hold, Discharged)

   Current Plan of Care Start Date

   Current Plan of Care End Date (in Red if expired)

   Plan of Care description

   Plan of Care Visits

   Plan of Care Visits Remaining (in Red if over POC)

   Current Authorization Start Date

   Current Authorization End Date (in Red if expired)

   Authorization Description

   Authorization Visits

   Authorized Visits Remaining (in Red if over authorization)

   Plan of Care compared vs Scheduled Visits for last week (In red if non compliant)

   Plan of Care compared vs Scheduled Visits for Current week (In red if non compliant)

   Plan of Care compared vs Scheduled Visits for Next week (In red if non compliant)

   Plan of Care compared vs Scheduled Visits for Week After (In red if non compliant)

   Future Visits (In red if zero)

   Future Visit Number (In red if zero)

   The ability to sort this information by column, or filter by a number of options, e.g. "compliant" or "out of compliance", or "will be out of compliance in ___ days", Active, Inactive, Discharged, etc.

   The ability to filter the information and only see patients who meet specific criteria such as "compliant" or "out of compliance", or "will be out of compliance in ___ days". The ability to add multiple filters.

   In the future it would also be helpful to have the following information included in the spreadsheet.

   % Better at Discharge

   % of Goals Met

   Whether or not the patient was present at discharge

   Client Satisfaction Score

   We want to be able to see every patient in our database pull up and be able to be filtered based on what we are using the report for.

   A2C does not offer an easy way to see client POC compliance and then easily know the status and act on that information. If we miss 1 to 3 visits per patient case due to not being able to track it well and keep up with the individual plans of care and have good positive control over the scheduling, it can be the difference of hundreds of thousands of lost revenue in one year.

   When we have holes on our schedule it is money that we will never get back because the time is gone and even if they extend their plan of care by the extra 1 to 3 visits to make up for it and get their full plan of care in, it is still a loss because they are then displacing other new patients that could have gotten in, that cannot now because that patient's visits were not completed in the week that they were supposed to be completed. I know this sounds dramatic, but it has come to our attention as our # 1 vulnerability and Financial Concern. It is costing us both the lost revenue on one side and we are wasting marketing money on the other side of things by having to market to so many more patients to try to keep the schedules full when we could keep them more full already by just seeing our patients for their full POC in a tight and timely manner.

   Having this functionality would skyrocket our front desk efficiency and contribute significantly to our solvency and the solvency of other clinics who use it.

4. Executive: Script Utilization Report also available in Tabular format

   This report has great information, but it is static, could we please have this report also available in tabular format so we can sort by the various categories? It would also be really helpful to be able to sort or filter by compliance with the plan of care. Eg. If a patient's plan of care is 2x16, and they have 2 visits in one week, 1 visit in the next week, and 0 visits in the week after, could we have the functionality to sort by patients with less visits than the plan of care in a specific week?

   We would sort the report by patients with non-compliant visits compared to plan of care in the next week and have the front desk work on determining if there is a reason for them to not be scheduled, and if not, they would reach out to them to schedule for next week and any future weeks that need to be scheduled, then we would move on to the week 2 column and sort by the same criteria and handle the scheduling. We would do this function weekly to ensure we are getting the clients in for as many of their prescribed visits.

   Making this information easier to use and filter will help us better schedule our patients and ensure we are not missing out on as many visits each week. This along can contribute to thousands of dollars saved and has positive impacts in so many areas including filling the schedules more with existing patients, ensuring the patients are getting the full care they need in a timely manner, and reduce the time and energy spent on the extra marketing and handling so many more referrals and evals to fill those existing holes. It will help our office be much more efficient with the patients we have and help us to not rob from the future by not managing patient plans of care and having to extend the patients case over a longer period of time, which displaces future patients.

   It would also be really helpful to have a "Scheduling Note" available in various sections of the case and Therapist Charge screen so that everyone scheduling can be on the same page. This note would be very helpful in this report as well so we don't have to dig around in the case to determine what the status is.

   We would also like the functionality to access the client case from this screen and if we could link to the schedule that would be helpful. The wait list would also be really helpful to access from here.

5. Excel Exports are not very functional when totals or counts are involved

   Could the export to excel be formatted differently to make the data more accessible/functional? When reports are exported to excel and have totals it makes the report difficult to use in excel because the data in the totals column contains text.This makes the data really difficult to use. All cells must be manually changed to delete out the text, or the formula needs to be re-entered, which is not always possible depending on the way the report was formatted/filtered.

6. Base Posted Money - Select Holding Company

   The base posted money report drop down option is set to Holding Company and only the first 30 characters of the holding company name are shown. We have 19 locations all with the same first 45 characters in their name with different ending names.

   We can't see which company is being selected form the list.

   If the option could instead be Clinic Name, we have shortened those to see the end name of the company.

7. Locate

   In the Locate Money by Identifier report it would be helpful to have the Column 'Applied' to show how much of a payment is applied after the result appears; instead of having to go over to the Invoice Posting screen to find out.

8. Posting: Credit Card Transactions

   On the "posting - Credit Card Transactions" report there is no option to view the total $$ from the transactions listed. Other reports have a "sum" option for the bottom of the report and it would be nice to have one for this report as well
