  1. Adding copay to the Charges & Documentation screen

    Add patient payment/copay to the charges and documentation screen. This way all information on the patient (current prescribed visits, attended & remaining visits, insurance limitations - visits &/or $, and patient payment) is available on one screen, and we will not have to toggle through multiple screens or tabs to get the information.

  2. Insured ID Copy From Transaction Screen

    From the transaction screen it would be helpful to be able to highlight & copy the member ID from the bottom of the screen instead of having to open the case, then the policy to copy the number before going to a website in order to check claim status for the member.

  3. policy

    When having an attachment open and trying to make changes on the case, we are no longer able to enter information from the open attachment, unable to scroll through the attachment to enter in certification numbers into the policy. We would like to be able to have things open like the policy and the authorization attachment or a fax message and the letter where the fax number is housed, to be able to scroll through the open attachments while entering in the information into the case.

  5. Direct Access Tracking

    Direct Access patient are limited to 10 treatments or 1 month of care before they need a prescription. The direct access button makes this difficult to keep track of. It would be helpful if the prescriptions tab allowed for you to enter a direct access period so pts will pop up on unbilled list when an Rx is required.

  8. Patient Registration Form or section in A2C (Not related to patient portal)

    Is there a way to have a digital form or tab in A2C that we can use to record new patient details? We currently use a paper intake form because there is no place to put that information in A2C in a way that makes sense while we are on the phone with the patient. Some of the information is available when creating a new client, and we would love to have additional places for the info.   9. Add "partner" as option for partner status

    I'd like for us to be able to add 'partner' as a type in terms of relationship (beyond single, married, divorced, etc) so that we can document if someone has a life partner. Thanks!

  10. Private Annotation - To Do List

    It would be nice to have a Private Annotation that we could post our own "To-Do" list. For example, when I have a meeting, It would be nice to put in the annotation the topics I would like to discuss, maybe about employee status, hiring a new employee, etc. Things I do not want the rest of my therapists to see, but also in a convenient place that I can see. Also may be nice for treating therapists if they have a gap in their schedule that they could pull up their own To-Do List that can be private. Also…

    Please return the taskbar to the incoming faxes. We used to be able to see what page number we scrolled to, which was extremely helpful when attaching multiple pages to different sections of multiple cases. Some doctors will send a bulk of POCs (say 20 pages) and each page is a different patient. So if we're interrupted by other business and have to go back:
    1. It sometimes “resets” so we have to select the fax again and re-scroll to the page we were on.
    2. we're in the middle of adding a fax, and by the time we come…

  12. Patient Attachment Classes

    Hello,

    I think it would be nice to be able to further classify the documentation that is attached to an individuals account. (e.g. Authorization Documentation, Prescriptions, Outcome Measures). I find the non-treatment class too general and is getting quite cluttered.

  13. Statement

    In Patient Statements screen it would be nice to also have the guarantor's address as a column. Many times a case will be set with just the guarantor's name, which is a column currently, but if there is no address entered for the guarantor, the statement prints without the address. Currently have to go fully into the case to check if there is an address entered.

    I FIND IT VERY INCONVENIENT THAT I HAVE TO HIDE THE VISIT DETAIL BOX TO GET TO THE LAST DOS IN THE TRANSACTION SCREEN. I NEED INFORMATION FROM BOTH AREAS.

    TASK ALERTS

    Would it be possible to add the location identification to task alerts. If a company has multiple locations it would nice to have which location the task alerts are identified under. This way the specific people that are assigned to assist that particular location can be notified of the task.

  16. All Unchecked as default on payment receipt window

    The new payment receipt function has a default of all checked (text, email, print). For every patient it requires multiple clicks to just print or have no receipt. I understand it is an all or nothing environment. Can it be nothing and the user can select which options(s) they would like?

  17. Minor's Turning 18

    It would be nice to have a button that could be checked that indicates the patient is a minor, and it alerts us that they have turned 18.

    This way when the patient is legally and adult, we'll be able to have a pop up that ensures new billing and treatment consent is obtained.

    If possible, it'd be preferred if the pop up would alert us at check in and was only dismissed with maybe re-entering your login password. A simple dismissal wouldn't be reliable.

  18. Reopen closed tab

    I'd like to be able to return to the most recent 5 tabs/cases or so I was working on. So often I close something up only to realize that I need to get back in it and I'd love to be able to just go to a dropdown and select from the 5-10 most recent cases I was working on.

  19. New Case - Clinic Dropdown

    When creating a case for a new patient, it would be helpful if the Case Clinic: field was blank and required the user to select a clinic. The box currently populates with the first clinic the user is assigned to. We have multiple front desk employees who are assigned to multiple clinics. Frequently that field is overlooked and results in the wrong clinic being set up on the case.
