Hello, It would be helpful if the caller ID that the text appointment reminders comes from did not look like a real phone #. I.e. currently, the appointment reminder comes from phone # 1 (469) 338-4443. I know that some texts I receive from other business look something like this: 32-014, so it doesn't look like an actual phone #. We have a lot of older patients, and we don't want them to get confused and save the wrong number in their cell phone as our office phone number. Also, if possible, it would be nice for the patient to get an error if they try to reply to the text (if the option for replying by text is turned off). We do say in the body of our text not to text back, and to call our office phone # instead, but we know that not everyone reads the reminder texts closely, and we don't want to miss a visit because the patient thought they texted us to cancel. Thank you!
