billing note
Regarding the newest update: The billing note pop-out is still great, but the scrolling to add the note when it's not necessary. The expanded typing box is also great, but it cuts off the wrapped text unless you're in full screen mode in the note, which completely negates the use of the pop-out box. I can handle the fact that it no longer minimizes itself and remains on top (not always convenient, but manageable), but I'd rather have it like it was pre-update.

Time in and Time out on notes
I would like the time in and time out to flow over from the flow sheet to the note. More and more insurance companies are requiring this information.

Auto Save
Auto Save Documentation
There absolutely needs to be an auto save feature that happens during the note taking process. There are too many times when a Therapist is documenting and suddenly an issue will occur with Clinic Controller. After logging back and even after recovering a document they will find that none of their notes are present. An auto save feature that's saved by the minute or after changes are made should be a focus or feature that needs to be worked on.

Attaching Faxes
When attaching a fax, if the patients name or case number could be visible in the pop-up while choosing the name and classification, just so we know it's being put in the right place, and we haven't typed the number in incorrectly.

From the schedule it would be nice to click on a patient name and see what the co-pay is without having to go into the case
We would like to see the amount owed at TOS from the schedule when we click on a patient name instead of having to go into the case.

Set charges/documentation tab so that patients do NOT disappear from that tab when cancelled
We'd like a setting where you can keep cancelled patients on the documentation/charges tab so that it cues the provider to write a cancellation note or no show note. Otherwise it's easy to forget.

Flow sheet reminder
On the Flow sheet reminder, can you add these items: Dx, MD, Prec, POC. If these showed up on all flow sheet reminders, we won't have to remember what goes in there (esp new PTs, or when we are real busy)... we can just add the needed information. We use this so that any PT or PTA can quickly see the information.

Don't cut off info from free-response fields
Regarding new patient forms: can we fix all of the free response fields so that they show all of the text when our staff views the completed form? The lower fields still cut off some of the info that patients enter.

Form Designer: expandable/collapsable fields
When will form designer be available? I am interested in the option for expandable/collapsable sections to reduce the need for so many forms (ie i can have an oncology section that is collapsed unless needed).

SPELL CHECK
It would be very helpful if the spell check function worked in case/binder/reminder notes as well as the flow sheet. The flow sheet is especially important because it is part of the patient's medical record.

Auto save notes!
Auto save notes! Much needed as I want to log off all PTs each night for cyber security and I would hate to lose their notes when I do this.

MIPS
Our clinic would like to have the current MIPS pop-up box be just a box that opens vs a shadowbox that you have to stay in while it's open. It would be easier to jump between eval form and MIPS box -- saves us a lot of time.
Also wondering if there could be a pop up box within the evaluation form for MIPS. I understand (I think) that this information has to be separate from the eval, but there must be a way to input it once and have it carried over separately for reporting requirements.1 vote -
multiple referring physicians
We often have referring providers, and another involved provider (PCP, etc) that we'd also like to send IEs and REs to. It would be great to be able to add providers to IE form (more than 1) to then send them on with their name attached.

Medications in the Binder
Request the option to add ad hoc entries into Medication list in Binder. Often we need to record a mutli-vitamin or other supplement not available on the government list.

Increase the size of data allowed to be updated at one time.
We receive clinic from referral sources that we have to upload to the Non-Treatment Protected section. Right now we can only upload 5MB of data at a time so we have to break the files up (sometimes into as many as 12 or more at a time). Can you please please increase the size allowed to be uploaded?

FLAG SYSTEM FOR HIGH, MEDIUM, LOW RISK PATIENTS
I know we kind of submitted this for the charges and documentation screen but would also like to see it on the schedule. If we could make a field "RISK LEVEL" and we select "High, Medium, Low" and each one has it's own color assigned. For example if High Risk, the wording would be in Red or Highlighted red. This would show up on expanded box on the schedule when you click on a patient and see visit info or in the charges and documentation. You could have another field where you describe what is going on, ie PACEMAKER, FALL…

My PT doesn't type as fast as he'd like. Is there a tool for dictation he can hook up to the software?
