It would be nice to have a Private Annotation that we could post our own "To-Do" list. For example, when I have a meeting, It would be nice to put in the annotation the topics I would like to discuss, maybe about employee status, hiring a new employee, etc. Things I do not want the rest of my therapists to see, but also in a convenient place that I can see. Also may be nice for treating therapists if they have a gap in their schedule that they could pull up their own To-Do List that can be private. Also a task list that the manager could task on their therapists during a down time.
