Lead Tracking - Pre Referral
It would be really helpful if we could log potential clients into the system as "potential patients" so we can track our leads and then convert them into a patient once they schedule. We track these separately in an excel spreadsheet and it would be really helpful to have them in A2C and be able to track when they first contacted us, what marketing efforts were involved, our contacts to them, etc, without having them show up as a patient and skew our other reports.
It would be helpful to see the name, referring doctor (if relevant), the contact date, any contact efforts by our office including what was done and who did it, all related marketing efforts that apply to the reasons the person contacted us, and some custom fields such as did they receive a complimentary consultation or other info.
It would also be really helpful to be able to create reminder tasks for a group out of this and once a person is being transitioned to be a patient the ability to create a case from the information already entered.
It would need a report or dashboard for us to see the status of an intake, be able to assign work, see conversion percentages, and be able to follow-up appropriately.
