Executive: Script Utilization Report also available in Tabular format
This report has great information, but it is static, could we please have this report also available in tabular format so we can sort by the various categories? It would also be really helpful to be able to sort or filter by compliance with the plan of care. Eg. If a patient's plan of care is 2x16, and they have 2 visits in one week, 1 visit in the next week, and 0 visits in the week after, could we have the functionality to sort by patients with less visits than the plan of care in a specific week?
We would sort the report by patients with non-compliant visits compared to plan of care in the next week and have the front desk work on determining if there is a reason for them to not be scheduled, and if not, they would reach out to them to schedule for next week and any future weeks that need to be scheduled, then we would move on to the week 2 column and sort by the same criteria and handle the scheduling. We would do this function weekly to ensure we are getting the clients in for as many of their prescribed visits.
Making this information easier to use and filter will help us better schedule our patients and ensure we are not missing out on as many visits each week. This along can contribute to thousands of dollars saved and has positive impacts in so many areas including filling the schedules more with existing patients, ensuring the patients are getting the full care they need in a timely manner, and reduce the time and energy spent on the extra marketing and handling so many more referrals and evals to fill those existing holes. It will help our office be much more efficient with the patients we have and help us to not rob from the future by not managing patient plans of care and having to extend the patients case over a longer period of time, which displaces future patients.
It would also be really helpful to have a "Scheduling Note" available in various sections of the case and Therapist Charge screen so that everyone scheduling can be on the same page. This note would be very helpful in this report as well so we don't have to dig around in the case to determine what the status is.
We would also like the functionality to access the client case from this screen and if we could link to the schedule that would be helpful. The wait list would also be really helpful to access from here.
