Scheduling Note
It would be really nice to have a "Scheduling Note" to better be able to coordinate between the PTs and the front desk staff and throughout the team. It would be helpful if this note would be also available the various reports that include visits or are used for schedule compliance and drop off recovery, as well as in the PT charges screen, additional client info, case (likely best in the script section), and anywhere it would be relevant to see. It could function similarly to the reminder note in that it would not need to be a running list. It would be helpful if it could be a "current statement" and if it is no longer relevant, it could be archived, so that it could be viewed but it wouldn't be considered active. You would only have one active at a time, but you should be able to add to it if needed.
This would significantly cut down on questions back and forth between the FD and PTs and us having to ask the patient multiple times to schedule just to hear that they have told us multiple times that they are on vacation from x date to x date. Would help with drop off recovery, general scheduling, and ensuring patients are booked out for their full plan of care. It would also be really nice if when the PTs create a scheduling note or update it that the Front Desk gets alerted to check on it and act on it. It would be really helpful for the Front Desk to then be able to say if it was completed or not (if relevant) so that no one has to go check on that to see if it was done.
