Please return the taskbar to the incoming faxes. We used to be able to see what page number we scrolled to, which was extremely helpful when attaching multiple pages to different sections of multiple cases. Some doctors will send a bulk of POCs (say 20 pages) and each page is a different patient. So if we're interrupted by other business and have to go back:
1. It sometimes “resets” so we have to select the fax again and re-scroll to the page we were on.
2. we're in the middle of adding a fax, and by the time we come back, you forget which page number we were adding. So you have to cancel the 'attach to case' box and start over- scroll and count manually.

We can double click to open a fax instead and see page numbers slightly easier that way, but the page number disappears when another screen or program is selected. And if we double clicked to open a fax for a better view to attach POCs or make a new case, any dialog box being open then prevents scrolling in that open attachment.

Another option would be to download each fax to the computer and open it in Adobe reader to see pages that way- but that removes some of the convenience of having fax attachment within the system by adding extra steps. There's no easy save button on a toolbar in the faxes anymore either- you have to open it and save from there.

Attachments in cases:
Some clinics with hospital systems have to register patients in another program besides A2C. Before, we could open multiple attachments like Patient Paperwork and ID/Ins Cards and just switch between tabs in Adobe Reader to do these registrations, but now they are in separate open files that have to be clicked separately each time we need data from that attachment. And as with faxes, once a dialog box is open, the pages can no longer be scrolled.

TL;DR:
If nothing else, we would like the option to open faxes and attachments in a Adobe Reader style again and be able to scroll while dialog boxes are open.
