It'd be helpful if a reminder that was timestamped could flash or be another color or something if a reminder is (+7 days / +14 days / etc ) old .. so that if a reminder was forgotten to be deleted it'd be less likely to miss.

But at the same time ... we have patients that we keep credit cards on file for that they have reminders that pop up so often that the reminder pop up is almost not even effective.

Its a troublesome roundabout we go through with trying to get staff to not miss them, but also retain information that is helpful on checkin.
