   I was JUST coming here to make the same request. Currently we're trying to just match the pronoun to whatever the patient's insurance is listed as, but this would be a really good update.

   If they don't update with something that helps this, my advice would be to make one of the shortcuts "patient payment." Those correspond with the F keys (f1 is shortcut 1, f2 is shortcut 2 and so on) so when a pt comes in, I can quickly hit F1 and their payment box opens. Just a little shortcut if that helps.
