It is not convenient or efficient for us to have to go to the messaging tab to check if there are messages. Please add a feature that would notify the user that they have messages pending like an icon badge with a number. E.g. a message envelope always visible while logged into A2C that will show up with a red circle and a number of new messages.

Also, is there a way for managers to review outstanding messages so that we can do good quality control and prompt PTs to respond as well as handle messages for anyone that is out ill or on vacation?
