Could there be a way (other than schedule color/appointment type) or case or visit symbol to indicate telehealth and be able to launch the telehealth website from the client case? E.g. we put the link to the telehealth platform somewhere in A2C and then we can launch the website from the client visit or charges screen or case?

We already use all of our schedule colors/appt types for Insurance based classifications and are using the visit and case symbols for other things that would not allow for this type of use without stopping the other uses.

Is there any way to get an additional spot for visit symbol or an outline of the appointment or something that will allow us to indicate it is telehealth?
