1. Global Schedule

   It would be nice to have a global schedule where you could bring together therapist's schedules from different clinics to enable ease of scheduling or help identify who is slow if coverage is needed between clinics.

2. annotation

   Can we have a "move" option added to the annotations? It would be nice to be able to move an annotation when I move a visit instead of copying the annotation and deleting the old one.

3. Toggle button

   Toggle Button located on schedule screen to do the following:
   1. Press the toggle button once, and it blanks out all scheduled patients leaving ON the "Italicized" patients names that represent patients that have not been scheduled for that day, hour, etc.
   2.Press the toggle button again and it returns the schedule to normal.

   This would help the front office quickly identify patients that have no future visits; it is difficult to identify the "Italicized" font of patients that have no future visits as the overall fonts are small and blend in.

4. Scheduling Note

   It would be really nice to have a "Scheduling Note" to better be able to coordinate between the PTs and the front desk staff and throughout the team. It would be helpful if this note would be also available the various reports that include visits or are used for schedule compliance and drop off recovery, as well as in the PT charges screen, additional client info, case (likely best in the script section), and anywhere it would be relevant to see. It could function similarly to the reminder note in that it would not need to be a running list. It would be helpful if it could be a "current statement" and if it is no longer relevant, it could be archived, so that it could be viewed but it wouldn't be considered active. You would only have one active at a time, but you should be able to add to it if needed.

   This would significantly cut down on questions back and forth between the FD and PTs and us having to ask the patient multiple times to schedule just to hear that they have told us multiple times that they are on vacation from x date to x date. Would help with drop off recovery, general scheduling, and ensuring patients are booked out for their full plan of care. It would also be really nice if when the PTs create a scheduling note or update it that the Front Desk gets alerted to check on it and act on it. It would be really helpful for the Front Desk to then be able to say if it was completed or not (if relevant) so that no one has to go check on that to see if it was done.

5. Appointment Reminder

   It would be helpful to add the clinic's informal name in the appointment reminder along with the existing location's phone number. We have clinic clusters that share patients who sometimes get confused as to which location their appointment may be scheduled even though the phone number is listed in their appt. reminder. 6. Printing and Emailing Client Schedules

   Please make the emailing client future scheduled appointments easier, more complete, and more streamlined.

   We really need to be able to email ALL of the clients appointments in a simple, professional, and organized way quickly and easily.

   The fact that the system doesn't allow for emailing more than 2 months of client appointments is really a problem, and the only option is "calendar" form as two separate attachments.

   The "messaging" feature is great for some things, but the email appointments is not one of them. There are way too many steps involved and it only allows the email to have attachments of the schedule (does not put it in the body of the email), and the only options that are currently available through A2C are adding Current Month, and Adding Next Month.

   This means that the client cannot see their appointment list in the body of the email (which most of our clients are opening on their phone), instead they have to download and open the attachment, and it is broken up into 2 PDF files, and then if their appointments go beyond 2 months (Which many of our clients do since we try to schedule for 8-10 weeks out if possible, and most of our wellness/massage services book for a full year at a time).

   If we have a patient with appointments past the 2nd month we need to save their appointments as a separate PDF file outside of A2C and then go through the messaging process and attach it to the message at the end.

   Also, we really should be able to email appointments from the schedule or case without having to go so deep into the process. E.g. Right click "Email Appointments". Please make this change! It should take 2 seconds to email patients a complete and accessible list of their appointments. The longer it takes the more likely it is going to be put to the side to do later, which increases the likelihood of forgetting, delays the patient receiving it, and slows the front desk down in general.

7. Waitlist Communication and Management

   The waitlist is helpful, but we are struggling with documenting our actions and communications so that the next person who looks at it is able to know what is going on.

   The note section in the waitlist cannot be updated after initially entering the client on the waitlist without it also changing the dates, this has caused a lot of confusion in our office and caused us to reach out to clients who no longer have valid wait list requests because staff didn't realize that every time they added a note to the waitlist that it was pushing out the dates.

   1. Could the waitlist note function more like separate chronological entries - that way we could see what the progression of communications was and have better and more accurate info when reaching out to the clients.

   2. Could the Wait list notes have a global setting that the company could turn on (if they wanted to) that would create a Case Note entry every time a wait list note was created. This would help to relay critical information between our scheduling staff as well as clinicians, and reduce or eliminate some back and forth.

   3. It would be helpful to be able to open a clients case from the waiting list. Often when we are on the phone trying to schedule clients from the wait list they ask questions that require us to open the case and the transactions screens?

   These changes would really help streamline working the waitlist and reduce the time spent figuring out what is happening.

8. Symbols

   We have a Spanish population in our area and have to designate on our schedule if they are Spanish speaking because we only have a few Spanish speaking providers. We use the symbols for this. We also use symbols for our balance program, sports medicine, etc. We use our visit type for the type of body part we are seeing them for. We really would like to be able to use 2-3 symbols to help us appropriately schedule patients with the appropriate therapist.

9. font size too small, unable to magnify adequately with current options

   Using an older Surface Pro 4 with a small screen, i'm unable to magnify the schedule enough. I can pick resolution values and text sizes that make the upper portions of the schedule nice and readable, but the lower portion of the actual schedule itself remains much too small and won't get any bigger.
