Is there a way for the patients date of birth to show up on the daily treatment note?

Non-binary option?
Insurance companies in our area (most recently Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Massachusetts) have begun adding a non-binary option to their enrollment forms for patients. Will A2C be adding this as an option in the future so there are no claims mismatches due to gender?

Open Case - Shortcut
A shortcut to open a patient's case would be so helpful! You could also introduce the ability to do custom shortcuts.

Access to adjust print settings within in clinic controller
When printing reports, it would be helpful to be able to change the settings to choose landscape or portrait. Currently when we print a report it will unpredictably randomly choose landscape or portrait and I am not able to make the selection myself.

It would be easier on the eyes to be able to adjust the main background color to a dark color. I am currently having eye problems and my eye doctor suggested that I switch my computer backgrounds to dark colors to make it easier on my eyes. The white background is hard on my eyes.

multi page scanning
Currently, CC only has the ability to do single page scanning to a case. Being able to upload multiple pages for remits and EOPs, imaging records, etc would be really helpful. Being compelled to do 1 page at a time is really cumbersome and inefficient.

Flashing Reminder
It'd be helpful if a reminder that was timestamped could flash or be another color or something if a reminder is (+7 days / +14 days / etc ) old .. so that if a reminder was forgotten to be deleted it'd be less likely to miss.
But at the same time ... we have patients that we keep credit cards on file for that they have reminders that pop up so often that the reminder pop up is almost not even effective.
Its a troublesome roundabout we go through with trying to get staff to not miss them, but…

Scheduled Case Reminder/Alert
Reminders are helpful, but it'd be helpful if you could SCHEDULE a reminder pop up.
For Instance, when paperwork expires and needs to be completed again (Minors being treated that will be turning 18) or situations where we don't want a reminder popping up at each visit.. but after a certain point in time. ** Preferably with a customizable message area.

Can the patient's Title (Ms. Mr. etc) be displayed in the case screen? It would be helpful so that we are using the correct pronoun, and ensuring different cases have the same info in them.

Recover Deleted User
I just found out that if you accidentally delete a user you can never recover them and you cannot re-enter them with the same user name! This is so scary! Please add the feature to "recover" deleted users.

TASK ALERTS
TASK ALERTS
Would it be possible to add the location identification to task alerts. If a company has multiple locations it would nice to have which location the task alerts are identified under. This way the specific people that are assigned to assist that particular location can be notified of the task.

Please return the taskbar to the incoming faxes. We used to be able to see what page number we scrolled to, which was extremely helpful when attaching multiple pages to different sections of multiple cases. Some doctors will send a bulk of POCs (say 20 pages) and each page is a different patient. So if we're interrupted by other business and have to go back:
1. It sometimes “resets” so we have to select the fax again and re-scroll to the page we were on.

Add Attorney as a Class under the Auxiliary Bios
Add Attorney as a Class under the Auxiliary Bios. Most of those are MVA cases or WC cases that already have an Adjuster or Case Manager. It would be helpful to have this as readily accessible info, as well as keep the database of attorneys handy.

pop up for policy coverage
When scheduling an existing patient for a new appointment, if there is not policy coverage for the dates to be scheduled, pop up to notify at time of scheduling. That way, if an existing patient has a policy that does not follow a calendar year, it will cue to re-verify and extend coverage in policies.

All Unchecked as default on payment receipt window
The new payment receipt function has a default of all checked (text, email, print). For every patient it requires multiple clicks to just print or have no receipt. I understand it is an all or nothing environment. Can it be nothing and the user can select which options(s) they would like?

Sorting by dates doesn't work properly
Sorting by dates doesn't work properly in the case look-up. Sorting by DOB results in a list that returns all of the same Months first, not chronological date sorting. E.g. If you choose to sort by date it will put 05/01/1965, then 05/12/1972, then 05/30/1980. It will then put 07/01/1942 at the end even if I want to sort by oldest first. It will do all January months regardless of year, then all February Months, March.... etc regardless of the year.

Save a Credit Card for Future use (Not charging rightnow)
We often have clients filling out paperwork ahead of their appointments and many are allowing us to keep a credit card on file, but we don't have the ability currently to add a credit card to an account for future use but NOT charge them anything at the moment.
Could this feature please be added. If the client already gave us their credit card information it is not ideal for us to have to wait until their next visit to then have to ask them if we can swipe the card or pull their paperwork to load that information in…

Easy identification of "Credit Card on File" for clients and what we have permission to use it for
Could there be a way we can indicate on the client schedule or when checking in that there is a card on file? We don't look very professional if we have to ask the client for payment each time and they have to tell us that they have a card on file, and going through the reminder notes and case notes takes precious time. E.g. a separate available icon on the schedule (we already use all the other options so it would have to be an additional one and tied specifically to the card on file that would automatically add…
