fax
Please return the taskbar to the incoming faxes. We used to be able to see what page number we scrolled to, which was extremely helpful when attaching multiple pages to different sections of multiple cases. Some doctors will send a bulk of POCs (say 20 pages) and each page is a different patient. So if we're interrupted by other business and have to go back:
1. It sometimes “resets” so we have to select the fax again and re-scroll to the page we were on.

Telehealth - Indicate an appointment is telehealth and launch from A2C
Could there be a way (other than schedule color/appointment type) or case or visit symbol to indicate telehealth and be able to launch the telehealth website from the client case? E.g. we put the link to the telehealth platform somewhere in A2C and then we can launch the website from the client visit or charges screen or case?
We already use all of our schedule colors/appt types for Insurance based classifications and are using the visit and case symbols for other things that would not allow for this type of use without stopping the other uses.

Save a Credit Card for Future use (Not charging rightnow)
We often have clients filling out paperwork ahead of their appointments and many are allowing us to keep a credit card on file, but we don't have the ability currently to add a credit card to an account for future use but NOT charge them anything at the moment.
Could this feature please be added. If the client already gave us their credit card information it is not ideal for us to have to wait until their next visit to then have to ask them if we can swipe the card or pull their paperwork to load that information in…

Easy identification of "Credit Card on File" for clients and what we have permission to use it for
Could there be a way we can indicate on the client schedule or when checking in that there is a card on file? We don't look very professional if we have to ask the client for payment each time and they have to tell us that they have a card on file, and going through the reminder notes and case notes takes precious time. E.g. a separate available icon on the schedule (we already use all the other options so it would have to be an additional one and tied specifically to the card on file that would automatically add…

Other Insured
We are getting more and more patients that are needing more than three other insured options in the case. Patient is a minor, dad carriers the primary insurance, step dad carriers the secondary insurance, but the guarantor is the biological mom and all communication must go through her. We need one more "other insured" so that mom can be in the guarantor section.

Payment Note Printing on Receipt
Can we add the payment note on the payment receipts? Clients ask this multiple times a day for this, and because it is not available we have to print more extensive reports for them.
Not having it on there causes so much extra work and client confusion, and client frustration. There is no proof of what the payment is for and the patients really don't like that.

It would be really helpful if we could schedule appointments out a few weeks, and make note right from the case if the single visit requires a symbol (Complete outcomes form)

Binder as Master Record for key info
We hare having issues with data consistency issues that would be fixed by having a single source of info.
Could the binder contain the master info and be able to override case specific info:
Name
DOB
Address
Phones
Emergency Contact Info
Marketing Preferences
Documents that are global and not specific to a particular caseWe often find that a DOB is incorrect in one of multiple cases, or that the address is spelled differently, or it takes a long time to find an attachment that is in one of 8 cases.

Doctor Report
Please can we have additional columns for "Doctor First Name" "Doctor Last Name", "Doctor Title", and "Doctor Full Name With Title"
We find that when we pull the doctor lists out of A2C to send letters, holiday cards, etc. to it is hard to work with and takes more steps because the only format that it will give it in is Last Title First. E.g. Smith MD, John. So it has to be split up into Doctor First, Doctor Last, and then Title. When we format our address labels they are formatted:
Salutation, First Last, Title (Dr. Johh Smith, MD)

Doctor/Referral Salutation is not available
Please add Doctor Saluation. E.g. Ms., Mr. Dr., etc. to the contact info for doctors.
It is important to for us to address doctors professionally and the system provides no place for this information, so when we send letters out to them there is no way for us to address it to Dr. James Smith, MD. It just says James Smith, MD when we use the excel download.
Many doctors get upset with us when we do not address them correctly on the phone or via mail, and generally is makes our office look less professional and hurts our reputation.

Minor's Turning 18
It would be nice to have a button that could be checked that indicates the patient is a minor, and it alerts us that they have turned 18.
This way when the patient is legally and adult, we'll be able to have a pop up that ensures new billing and treatment consent is obtained.
If possible, it'd be preferred if the pop up would alert us at check in and was only dismissed with maybe re-entering your login password. A simple dismissal wouldn't be reliable.

task list
It would be great if the task list could be organized by patient - sometimes we don't catch things right away, and if they've had multiple visits they now have multiple tasks throughout the list, which ends up wasting time.

Direct Access Tracking
Direct Access patient are limited to 10 treatments or 1 month of care before they need a prescription. The direct access button makes this difficult to keep track of. It would be helpful if the prescriptions tab allowed for you to enter a direct access period so pts will pop up on unbilled list when an Rx is required.

Patient Registration Form or section in A2C (Not related to patient portal)
Is there a way to have a digital form or tab in A2C that we can use to record new patient details? We currently use a paper intake form because there is no place to put that information in A2C in a way that makes sense while we are on the phone with the patient. Some of the information is available when creating a new client, and we would love to have additional places for the info. Lead Tracking - Pre Referral
It would be really helpful if we could log potential clients into the system as "potential patients" so we can track our leads and then convert them into a patient once they schedule. We track these separately in an excel spreadsheet and it would be really helpful to have them in A2C and be able to track when they first contacted us, what marketing efforts were involved, our contacts to them, etc, without having them show up as a patient and skew our other reports.

Patient Attachment Classes
Hello,
I think it would be nice to be able to further classify the documentation that is attached to an individuals account. (e.g. Authorization Documentation, Prescriptions, Outcome Measures). I find the non-treatment class too general and is getting quite cluttered.

Surgery dates in General Information
There is a DOI field (presumably for MVA, WC etc.) but how about most recent or relevant surgery fields and dates? We really could use this for the omnipresent 3rd party Evicore (or other) hoops of pre-authorization forms we fill out and knowing when a patient's most recent surgery occurred would be great. We don't see very many specific post-surgery patients, so perhaps I'm missing a field somewhere. Thanks!!
