Double clicking on a patient name
It would be quicker and easier to be able to double click on a patient name to open their case.

annotation
Can we have a "move" option added to the annotations? It would be nice to be able to move an annotation when I move a visit instead of copying the annotation and deleting the old one.

Annotation. Have the ability to double click an annotation to edit
to make editing an annotation easier, it would be great if you could just double click on it to take you right into the note.

Delete Visit Reason
Could we get a box for "Delete Visit Reason" when cancelling/deleting visits, we have the reason options for the Cancellation type but not the Delete option. It would be really helpful so we could indicate things like:
- Compliantly Cancelling Visits with Notice
- Administrative Error
- Office Closure
Etc.
It would also be very nice to have a free form notes section to better explain what happened.

Ability to have multiple schedule "tabs" so you can be in 2 "locations" at once
It would be helpful to be able to have multiple schedule tabs open for those of us who handle activities across multiple offices/locations!

Cancellation or Delete Appointment Note Box
When we cancel appointments or delete them there are often pieces of information that would be really helpful to attach to those cancelled/deleted visits that we cannot otherwise attach. We can put standard reasons for Cancel, but sometimes more detail is needed than just the dropdown options (which we update whenever absolutely needed), and the Delete appointments option has no dropdown of reasons at all.
We would love a short comment or notes section when cancelling so we can provide a brief explanation such as.
E.g. Doctor cancelled visits, will be on bed rest for 2 weeks and can resume…

Discharged Patients
Once a patient is discharged and the therapist puts in the discharge date it would be helpful to have a pop-up box that asks if we would like to delete all remaining appointments once that date is put in. It would help eliminate patients being left on the schedule if the patient or therapist forget to let the front desk know.

printing out schedules
When scheduling multiple cases for the same patient, it would be a great to be able to print the future schedule for all of them onto one master list, instead of printing separate schedules for each case and winding up with multiple calendars/lists to keep track of.

Cancellation Policy on Printed and Emailed appointment lists
Can we please add a field to the appointment listings (both printable and email versions) that will allow us to state our cancellation policy. This is critical information that we need to communicate to our patients. Having it printed would help the patients to have a physical written statement that they will see when they review their appointments. This will help our % arrival and % full rates and reduce the number of upset patients when they are being told they have to pay a cancel fee and didn't read the initial paperwork that they signed off on. Please help…

Scheduling Note
It would be really nice to have a "Scheduling Note" to better be able to coordinate between the PTs and the front desk staff and throughout the team. It would be helpful if this note would be also available the various reports that include visits or are used for schedule compliance and drop off recovery, as well as in the PT charges screen, additional client info, case (likely best in the script section), and anywhere it would be relevant to see. It could function similarly to the reminder note in that it would not need to be a running list.…

Be able to edit all future visits at once instead of having to switch them all one by one, like if you schedule them out with the wrong color and just need to fix it.

At a glance patient balance
From the schedule screen, can you display the balance due currently when hovering over the appointment to check them in or when you check them in have a screen that pops up with the balance due? We are currently placing annotations by the patients with the daily balances for quick discussion before patient heads back for therapy. I know the red dots indicate the patient has a balance, but there are several clicks to actually get to the balance due for the day.. This would increase the speed at the desk when patients have those detailed questions and quickly want…

Toggle button
Toggle Button located on schedule screen to do the following:
1. Press the toggle button once, and it blanks out all scheduled patients leaving ON the "Italicized" patients names that represent patients that have not been scheduled for that day, hour, etc.
2.Press the toggle button again and it returns the schedule to normal.This would help the front office quickly identify patients that have no future visits; it is difficult to identify the "Italicized" font of patients that have no future visits as the overall fonts are small and blend in.

Symbols
We have a Spanish population in our area and have to designate on our schedule if they are Spanish speaking because we only have a few Spanish speaking providers. We use the symbols for this. We also use symbols for our balance program, sports medicine, etc. We use our visit type for the type of body part we are seeing them for. We really would like to be able to use 2-3 symbols to help us appropriately schedule patients with the appropriate therapist.

font size too small, unable to magnify adequately with current options
Using an older Surface Pro 4 with a small screen, i'm unable to magnify the schedule enough. I can pick resolution values and text sizes that make the upper portions of the schedule nice and readable, but the lower portion of the actual schedule itself remains much too small and won't get any bigger.

Annotation Default Duration
Could we have the functionality to set a default duration on annotations by each type of annotation we have? It would make schedule coordination a lot quicker and easier.

It would be helpful to be able to delete the clinics from the scheduling list if the clinic has permanently closed.
We have several clinics that we closed and there is no way to take them out of the drop down list of clinics.

Global Schedule
It would be nice to have a global schedule where you could bring together therapist's schedules from different clinics to enable ease of scheduling or help identify who is slow if coverage is needed between clinics.
