We often don't know we owe a patient money until after they've been discharged. It would be nice to be able to refund the card on file through A2C

Global Schedule
It would be nice to have a global schedule where you could bring together therapist's schedules from different clinics to enable ease of scheduling or help identify who is slow if coverage is needed between clinics.

Save a Credit Card for Future use (Not charging rightnow)
We often have clients filling out paperwork ahead of their appointments and many are allowing us to keep a credit card on file, but we don't have the ability currently to add a credit card to an account for future use but NOT charge them anything at the moment.
Could this feature please be added. If the client already gave us their credit card information it is not ideal for us to have to wait until their next visit to then have to ask them if we can swipe the card or pull their paperwork to load that information in…

credit card payments from insurance carriers
This needs to be a drop down option. If Vantage wants to capture all the fees possible, they should have a way for us to enter insurance payments which often come by credit card. Also, please quit promoting new products that there is absolutely no tech support for. What happened to the tech support team? That was always the best thing about A2C.

Filter Inactive patients on the referral report
It would be wonderful when pulling a referral report to have the option to view only ACTIVE patients. 2 options - One, Having a check box when are adding dates to check active patients only. Second, you could have a column option to check ACTIVE ONLY patients. Thank you so much.

Please add "Invoice State" to the Billing : Base : Charges report.
One way we use this report is to see if any CPT codes are at $0.00 payment (to catch billing issues). It would be good to be able to see if those are at "pending" or "bill complete" to know if we need to look further.

refunds
It would be helpful to have the guarantor listed on the Patients Due Refunds report so we can quickly see if the check needs cut to someone else. As in an adult, in the event the patient is a child. Going into every case to look is time consuming.

Precautions in the Charges and Documentation Screen
We need a flagged area maybe highlighted in red for Precautions in the Charges and Documentation screen. Ie for stroke patients, seizures, HBP, etc.

Easy identification of "Credit Card on File" for clients and what we have permission to use it for
Could there be a way we can indicate on the client schedule or when checking in that there is a card on file? We don't look very professional if we have to ask the client for payment each time and they have to tell us that they have a card on file, and going through the reminder notes and case notes takes precious time. E.g. a separate available icon on the schedule (we already use all the other options so it would have to be an additional one and tied specifically to the card on file that would automatically add…

Run a report by carrier type and list all patients (active or inactive) that had/have that carrier.

Other Insured
We are getting more and more patients that are needing more than three other insured options in the case. Patient is a minor, dad carriers the primary insurance, step dad carriers the secondary insurance, but the guarantor is the biological mom and all communication must go through her. We need one more "other insured" so that mom can be in the guarantor section.

Payment Note Printing on Receipt
Can we add the payment note on the payment receipts? Clients ask this multiple times a day for this, and because it is not available we have to print more extensive reports for them.
Not having it on there causes so much extra work and client confusion, and client frustration. There is no proof of what the payment is for and the patients really don't like that.

Adding copay to the Charges & Documentation screen
Add patient payment/copay to the charges and documentation screen. This way all information on the patient (current prescribed visits, attended & remaining visits, insurance limitations - visits &/or $, and patient payment) is available on one screen, and we will not have to toggle through multiple screens or tabs to get the information.

Patient Secure Portal Messaging - Notifications
It is not convenient or efficient for us to have to go to the messaging tab to check if there are messages. Please add a feature that would notify the user that they have messages pending like an icon badge with a number. E.g. a message envelope always visible while logged into A2C that will show up with a red circle and a number of new messages.
Also, is there a way for managers to review outstanding messages so that we can do good quality control and prompt PTs to respond as well as handle messages for anyone that is…

Insured ID Copy From Transaction Screen
From the transaction screen it would be helpful to be able to highlight & copy the member ID from the bottom of the screen instead of having to open the case, then the policy to copy the number before going to a website in order to check claim status for the member.

Direct Access Tracking
Direct Access patient are limited to 10 treatments or 1 month of care before they need a prescription. The direct access button makes this difficult to keep track of. It would be helpful if the prescriptions tab allowed for you to enter a direct access period so pts will pop up on unbilled list when an Rx is required.

Can we have a "move" option added to the annotations? It would be nice to be able to move an annotation when I move a visit instead of copying the annotation and deleting the old one.

workers comp
I would like a space to put the adjuster and adjuster fax and phone for workers comp and motor vehicle claims. They are not the same for every case. You have it now so that it can only be added to the claim if its the same every time with the same company. That is never the case. It should be a feature that you can add to each profile individually.
