Be able to print itemized statements for specific dates of service. We often have patients that need to submit an itemized statement for the HSA or something, and they need them at each visit. It would be more convenient for us and for the patient to be able to have one just that single date, or for specific DOS without being every single date so far.

Auto Save
Auto Save Documentation
There absolutely needs to be an auto save feature that happens during the note taking process. There are too many times when a Therapist is documenting and suddenly an issue will occur with Clinic Controller. After logging back and even after recovering a document they will find that none of their notes are present. An auto save feature that's saved by the minute or after changes are made should be a focus or feature that needs to be worked on.

User Performance Chart
Based on recent events following updates to the servers and hosting, it's become clear that the User Performance Chart found in Reports | Auditing needs to be re-hashed in some way. Currently the only definite sources of latency are the server (in green) and the client (in blue). The "Network" indicator is so broadly defined by this report that it leaves a huge array of potential variables including (but not limited to) the host location network, ISP, infrastructure, and routing relays within the wider internet as a whole. Editing visit type directly in visit summary screen
It would be helpful to be able to right click on a visit in a patient's case, under the Visit Summary tab, and be able to edit the visit type right from there.

Mass-adding GP/GO modifiers?
Would it be possible to add a function whereby a modifier could be added to all lines of a number of claims at once? IE, when we get a late notification from MVA that PIP is exhausted, it's very time consuming to add a -GP or -GO modifier to multiple lines over 20+ dates of service. The ability to do it en masse would be very helpful!

Consent to treat
The Consent to Treat document has been confusing to patients because it is not required to sign it before closing the tab. Once it is closed, they cannot reopen it to sign again. Then we are having to give a paper form when the patient thinks they have already signed it online. Can we make virtually signing off on consent to treat a requirement so they cannot close the tab without doing so?

Non-binary option?
Insurance companies in our area (most recently Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Massachusetts) have begun adding a non-binary option to their enrollment forms for patients. Will A2C be adding this as an option in the future so there are no claims mismatches due to gender?

Time in and Time out on notes
I would like the time in and time out to flow over from the flow sheet to the note. More and more insurance companies are requiring this information.

Attaching Faxes
When attaching a fax, if the patients name or case number could be visible in the pop-up while choosing the name and classification, just so we know it's being put in the right place, and we haven't typed the number in incorrectly.

I would like to be able to select 2 or 3 therapists that work together to run statistics. Being able to group their charges and billable hours would help in terms of hiring new staff to give us ideas where the busiest morning and evening schedules are from a financial standpoint. Currently I have to run their statistics separately and manually add them. :(

Patient Invoice
There is a section to put in a credit card number, but not a place to write in the CVV Code. The credit card cannot be processed without that and, therefore, should be on the statement.

Wait list functionality
We'd love to see the wait list become more functional in the following ways:
- Ability to select/checkbox multiple therapists for one entry (IE case PT + PTA) rather than putting in 2 entries. "Any" is not helpful for this because we try to keep pts between just 2 therapists when possible.
-Ability to change info in the note section without editing the entire entry, because then it forces you to change the start date, which then pushes out the end date further than necessary. Sometimes admin will catch that, other times not.

Access to adjust print settings within in clinic controller
When printing reports, it would be helpful to be able to change the settings to choose landscape or portrait. Currently when we print a report it will unpredictably randomly choose landscape or portrait and I am not able to make the selection myself.

Text message replies
Physician offices and restaurants send text messages to me to confirm my appointments. I simply have to respond by
"cancel confirm" or reply 1 to confirm or 2 to cancel.
Many patients do not like to call to confirm or call to cancel appointments. I would like to have the option in your system of sending text messages (and emails) to patients and have them respond as above. A shortcut to open a patient's case would be so helpful! You could also introduce the ability to do custom shortcuts.

Provider Termination Date
It would be very helpful to see a termination date added to the provider table.
This way claims wouldn't accidentally get billed out under a "case therapist" that no longer works with us (for PTA's), but they are still in the system to process claims for DOS they were employed. This termination date would only be used for the system to error out claims trying to bill with that therapist after their termination date.3 votes -

It would be easier on the eyes to be able to adjust the main background color to a dark color. I am currently having eye problems and my eye doctor suggested that I switch my computer backgrounds to dark colors to make it easier on my eyes. The white background is hard on my eyes.
