  1. Minor's Turning 18

    It would be nice to have a button that could be checked that indicates the patient is a minor, and it alerts us that they have turned 18.

    This way when the patient is legally and adult, we'll be able to have a pop up that ensures new billing and treatment consent is obtained.

    If possible, it'd be preferred if the pop up would alert us at check in and was only dismissed with maybe re-entering your login password. A simple dismissal wouldn't be reliable.

  2. Posting Payment Error

    We have multiple Holding Companies and Clinics. It would be helpful to be able to change the payer and the Holding Company after making an error in either of those, under the Payment Posting 'edit payment' screen.

  3. Visits out Of Order

    After posting a payment and selecting Add Transactions and bringing up the case details, the visits listed are out of date order since going to V5.

  4. changing colors of patient's answers in the patient portal

    When we open the patient's completed paperwork from the patient portal, the contrast of gray and lighter gray is very difficult to see. Can this be changed to black and white?

  5. PRINT ICON ON B NOTES

    I would like to see the billing notes in a separate floating window the same way the C, V and R note windows pop-up. I would also like a print option on the B note window that will print all notes for the account.

    With the new B note opening in a new tab, it is difficult to write notes without seeing the case information. And, in the new tab, I can only print a 'screenshot' the of notes on the account. My work requires all billing notes from the account, not just what is on screen.

  6. Case Shortcut, transaction Shortcut, and Messaging Capabilities in most reports

    It is really helpful and a huge time saver to have the shortcuts to open a case and transaction screen from a report or be able to to individually or mass message from a report.

    We would love to see these capabilities in most reports. We often find that we need specific information but the ones that have the messaging capabilities do not contain the information that we are looking to filter down by.

  7. patient portal insurance form

    The patient portal insurance form has a section for the patient to fill in their copay, but the copay listed on the card is usually not related to PT. It can be misleading to patients if they think that they have a $30 copay when it could be much more than that. I think it would be better to remove that question from the form.

  9. FILE NAMES

    It would be helpful if when downloading patient notes to PDF format, the file name pulled the DOS rather than the date signed. Sometimes these are being uploaded to secure portals (like Connex for a Medicare redetermination) and just to be safe I always change the file name to end in the DOS, rather than signature date. Unfortunately not all of our PTs are...timely...so having that change would be a time saver for office staff.

  10. Private Annotation - To Do List

    It would be nice to have a Private Annotation that we could post our own "To-Do" list. For example, when I have a meeting, It would be nice to put in the annotation the topics I would like to discuss, maybe about employee status, hiring a new employee, etc. Things I do not want the rest of my therapists to see, but also in a convenient place that I can see. Also may be nice for treating therapists if they have a gap in their schedule that they could pull up their own To-Do List that can be private. Also…

  11. Appointment Reminder

    It would be helpful to add the clinic's informal name in the appointment reminder along with the existing location's phone number. We have clinic clusters that share patients who sometimes get confused as to which location their appointment may be scheduled even though the phone number is listed in their appt. reminder.   12. Health Questionnaires

    On both the Medical History and Injury/condition forms, when the patient types out a lengthy response, the box needs to expand to the size of the response and not scroll. The physical therapists see the form as a PDF so if the response is long, the physical therapists are unable to see the full response.

  14. Doctor Report

    Please can we have additional columns for "Doctor First Name" "Doctor Last Name", "Doctor Title", and "Doctor Full Name With Title"

    We find that when we pull the doctor lists out of A2C to send letters, holiday cards, etc. to it is hard to work with and takes more steps because the only format that it will give it in is Last Title First. E.g. Smith MD, John. So it has to be split up into Doctor First, Doctor Last, and then Title. When we format our address labels they are formatted:

    Salutation, First Last, Title (Dr. Johh Smith, MD)

  15. Add symbol from Visit summary in Case

    Add Symbols from the "patient visit summary"

    It would be really helpful if we could schedule appointments out a few weeks, and make note right from the case if the single visit requires a symbol (Complete outcomes form)
    Rather than have it show up on each visit, we want to customize a single visit.

  16. "Select Multiple" options in reports

    Could we please get the functionality to select multiple options (e.g. clinic or PT, etc) in reports.

    E.g. In the Therapist Productivity Report can we be able to select Therapist A, C, D, and F, but leave all the others out vs. running all or only 1?

    There are so many scenarios when it would be really helpful for all the reports to be able to do this. Especially since we have students and it is really important for us to run the Student and the Supervising PT's information together.

  18. Make emergency contact a permanent field in the bio section so that it can be merged on the patient portal.

  19. task list

    It would be great if the task list could be organized by patient - sometimes we don't catch things right away, and if they've had multiple visits they now have multiple tasks throughout the list, which ends up wasting time.

  20. Field Requirements

    Can we make certain fields in the questionnaires required so that patients are unable to finalize until they fill out those fields? We have noticed that patients have been skipping over important information.
