Cancellation or Delete Appointment Note Box
When we cancel appointments or delete them there are often pieces of information that would be really helpful to attach to those cancelled/deleted visits that we cannot otherwise attach. We can put standard reasons for Cancel, but sometimes more detail is needed than just the dropdown options (which we update whenever absolutely needed), and the Delete appointments option has no dropdown of reasons at all.
We would love a short comment or notes section when cancelling so we can provide a brief explanation such as.
E.g. Doctor cancelled visits, will be on bed rest for 2 weeks and can resume…

Minimize Older Appointments
Minimize older appointments. It would be nice for those patients that have a long list of appointments, to group them after so long and shorten the list. Then have an arrow that you could click to show them if needed.

multiple referring physicians
We often have referring providers, and another involved provider (PCP, etc) that we'd also like to send IEs and REs to. It would be great to be able to add providers to IE form (more than 1) to then send them on with their name attached.

signed note
Could we have a report that shows who the case therapist was, the treating therapist, and who signed the daily notes? It would be very helpful to see who is signing off on PTA, Student, and PTLA visits.

Can the patient's Title (Ms. Mr. etc) be displayed in the case screen? It would be helpful so that we are using the correct pronoun, and ensuring different cases have the same info in them.

HIPAA Log Report
Have the HIPAA Log report total up the total # of fax pages for the month. Right now it totals the # of pages per fax, however, if we want to compare to our monthly invoice, we have to expand all the faxes to get the # of pages and total them up by hand.

Invoicing, Deposits
In Invoicing : Deposits - please make the "net" amount next to the credit cards match the "net" amount in the Posted Credit Card Payments report. We have to manually calculate the Net deposits each day and it would be good if the calculated amount could be double checked against the list in Invoicing : Deposits.

At a glance patient balance
From the schedule screen, can you display the balance due currently when hovering over the appointment to check them in or when you check them in have a screen that pops up with the balance due? We are currently placing annotations by the patients with the daily balances for quick discussion before patient heads back for therapy. I know the red dots indicate the patient has a balance, but there are several clicks to actually get to the balance due for the day.. This would increase the speed at the desk when patients have those detailed questions and quickly want…

Merging patient portal forms to PT documentation
Our PTs have expressed interest in the ability to merge the medical history, injury/condition, demographics...etc into their documentation. It is inconvenient for them to switch between, open, and close tabs in order to complete their documentation. They end up taking their own notes while they are going through the patient portal paperwork. I know that we are able to merge the "Demographics - Patient" form into their case, but is there a way to merge the other forms into an eval note?

Patient Statements
Be able to date range patient statements. Sometimes we are sending a bill for maybe 1 or 2 DOS but the entire statement prints.
Also being able to provide payment/adjustment information on the statement for patient information. For example, a visit was applied to Anthem BCBS deductible with patient balance of $100. Showing this on a detailed statement will better inform the patient of their responsibility.
Also if there are multiple payors on the DOS showing how each payor processed; again this is more information to the patient.19 votes -

Update the Medicare Cap Tracking report to be able to pull out discharged and inactive patients and only show patients that are currently treating

Units and Total Charges needed in Claim Generation Screen
The Claim Generation screen lacks options for Total # of units and Total $ of charges. Our past system had those and it really helps us to catch gross mistakes such as billing out 10 units of something instead of 1, or accidentally underbilling 1 unit for a whole visit.
Could this please be added asap! Without it we have to wait until claims process to catch big mistakes, causing delays and extra time in correcting things and potentially having to bill out an addended claim.

add authorization end date and number of visits
In patient policy- add authorization end date (not only policy end date) and number of visits authorized, so that we don't have to manually track. If there is already a way to do this, we have not identified it. Having it connected in with the policy information would be really helpful.

Recover Deleted User
I just found out that if you accidentally delete a user you can never recover them and you cannot re-enter them with the same user name! This is so scary! Please add the feature to "recover" deleted users.

fax name
It would be so much easier and safer for HIPPA if when you fax directly from a patients chart, the patient name pre-loaded into the reference line instead of having to change it each time. It's very easy to move quickly and forget it or misspell the name so this would save time and mistakes

Annotation Default Duration
Could we have the functionality to set a default duration on annotations by each type of annotation we have? It would make schedule coordination a lot quicker and easier.

notification re: out of pocket max
When OOP max info comes through as 'met' on ERA 835s, that it be able to pull into patient account info and a notification available to front desk on check in that payment not required. That way, we can stay more current on what to collect, as well as not over-collect and have to refund.

TASK ALERTS
TASK ALERTS
Would it be possible to add the location identification to task alerts. If a company has multiple locations it would nice to have which location the task alerts are identified under. This way the specific people that are assigned to assist that particular location can be notified of the task.
