Field Requirements
Can we make certain fields in the questionnaires required so that patients are unable to finalize until they fill out those fields? We have noticed that patients have been skipping over important information.

Health Questionnaires
Can the three health questionnaires be condensed into one? It is more time consuming for the physical therapists to go through three documents versus opening one document with all the pertinent information. We have also had a couple patients complain about the amount of forms there are to fill out.

height and weight
For MIPS compliance, we require height and weight records. Can this be added to the Medical History form in the Patient Portal?

Reopen closed tab
I'd like to be able to return to the most recent 5 tabs/cases or so I was working on. So often I close something up only to realize that I need to get back in it and I'd love to be able to just go to a dropdown and select from the 5-10 most recent cases I was working on.

PTA/OTA time
With the newest update, the PTA/OTA time cancels out each visit instead of flowing forward from the previous visit. I understand this was added to check for accuracy each visit. However, at our clinic, the PTAs do most of the modalities and exercises with each patient, so it requires additional steps in documenting and more time consuming for all of us to have to add the minutes back in each visit. Are you able to allow this to also flow forward?

Charges and Documentation Screen
Provide a free text box in charges and documentation screen to provide information to clinical regarding the patient. For example, a patient only has 20 visits per calendar year - watch visits, or any other form of communication pertinent to the plan of care

Printing and Emailing Client Schedules
Please make the emailing client future scheduled appointments easier, more complete, and more streamlined.
We really need to be able to email ALL of the clients appointments in a simple, professional, and organized way quickly and easily.
The fact that the system doesn't allow for emailing more than 2 months of client appointments is really a problem, and the only option is "calendar" form as two separate attachments.

Binder as Master Record for key info
We hare having issues with data consistency issues that would be fixed by having a single source of info.
Could the binder contain the master info and be able to override case specific info:
Name
DOB
Address
Phones
Emergency Contact Info
Marketing Preferences
Documents that are global and not specific to a particular caseWe often find that a DOB is incorrect in one of multiple cases, or that the address is spelled differently, or it takes a long time to find an attachment that is in one of 8 cases.

Waitlist Communication and Management
The waitlist is helpful, but we are struggling with documenting our actions and communications so that the next person who looks at it is able to know what is going on.

Package Tracking for ease of pre-pay service handling
Could A2C add a pre-paid service package tracking option. We have several services that we sell packages. Private Pay physical therapy, Massage Therapy, Pilates/Personal Training Sessions, and group classes are sold packages of sessions. E.g. 6, 10, 12.
A2C doesn't offer any ability to track this currently, and the package rates are different based on the service and the quantity. Whenever a client comes in the front desk has to check their past charge and the case note to piece together what is happening and what charge to apply to the client, and if they pick the wrong charge code…

Faxes not sent box *stays* up until manually x-ed out.
I only just happened to notice a pop-up that a fax I'd sent to a provider had the status of "not picked up." I'm often away from the computer cleaning rooms etc. and it would be SUPER helpful for that notice of a fax not going through to stay up and on the screen until manually closed. That way it stays there and visual until someone has noticed it, versus it just disappearing.

Patient Status Tracking and Plan of Care Compliance Dashboard
Could A2C develop a Patient Tracking Dashboard that would give the front desk and management a single place to effectively manage all the patient cases. We are struggling to keep track of all of the coordination of all the information we need to keep up on and make decision on. Currently we have to run a variety of repots and handle each type of information separately, and we often have to print the reports out to work them. This leads to stale information and is very time consuming.

Excel Exports are not very functional when totals or counts are involved
Could the export to excel be formatted differently to make the data more accessible/functional? When reports are exported to excel and have totals it makes the report difficult to use in excel because the data in the totals column contains text.This makes the data really difficult to use. All cells must be manually changed to delete out the text, or the formula needs to be re-entered, which is not always possible depending on the way the report was formatted/filtered.

Doctor/Referral Salutation is not available
Please add Doctor Saluation. E.g. Ms., Mr. Dr., etc. to the contact info for doctors.
It is important to for us to address doctors professionally and the system provides no place for this information, so when we send letters out to them there is no way for us to address it to Dr. James Smith, MD. It just says James Smith, MD when we use the excel download.
Many doctors get upset with us when we do not address them correctly on the phone or via mail, and generally is makes our office look less professional and hurts our reputation.

Symbols
We have a Spanish population in our area and have to designate on our schedule if they are Spanish speaking because we only have a few Spanish speaking providers. We use the symbols for this. We also use symbols for our balance program, sports medicine, etc. We use our visit type for the type of body part we are seeing them for. We really would like to be able to use 2-3 symbols to help us appropriately schedule patients with the appropriate therapist.

font size too small, unable to magnify adequately with current options
Using an older Surface Pro 4 with a small screen, i'm unable to magnify the schedule enough. I can pick resolution values and text sizes that make the upper portions of the schedule nice and readable, but the lower portion of the actual schedule itself remains much too small and won't get any bigger.

Statement
In Patient Statements screen it would be nice to also have the guarantor's address as a column. Many times a case will be set with just the guarantor's name, which is a column currently, but if there is no address entered for the guarantor, the statement prints without the address. Currently have to go fully into the case to check if there is an address entered.

Surgery dates in General Information
There is a DOI field (presumably for MVA, WC etc.) but how about most recent or relevant surgery fields and dates? We really could use this for the omnipresent 3rd party Evicore (or other) hoops of pre-authorization forms we fill out and knowing when a patient's most recent surgery occurred would be great. We don't see very many specific post-surgery patients, so perhaps I'm missing a field somewhere. Thanks!!

therapist -notes missing signatures
When looking at reports, Therapist Notes missing signatures, is it possible to include in the right click options to Open Case? Only can open note. I am having to open the case to see if a duplicate or not, and if it needs deleting instead of signature.

Posting: Credit Card Transactions
On the "posting - Credit Card Transactions" report there is no option to view the total $$ from the transactions listed. Other reports have a "sum" option for the bottom of the report and it would be nice to have one for this report as well
