Patient Portal Registration Report
The patient portal registration report needs to have a way to view which patients still need to register. We can view "portal invitation sent" and "patient registered", but it would be nice to have a column or quick way to filter the patients that still need to register.

Executive: Script Utilization Report Needs Script End
Could the Script End Date be added to the Executive: Script Utilization Report. This report has a lot of useful info on it, but we then have to look for the script end date elsewhere.

Requesting 2 new Insert Parameter fields
Hello,
To help us be more accurate and efficient in the messaging area, we would like you to please add two 'Insert Parameter' fields:
1) Enrollee ID (from Policies tab)
2) Master Case Number (for patient portal) - if we email a patient the Patient Portal invite from one case, but it is not their master case, the case that you are emailing from populates as the "account number" for them to use on the patient portal. If there was a "master case" field that was pulled from the Binder - this could accurately be placed into any email that…2 votes -
New Case - Clinic Dropdown
When creating a case for a new patient, it would be helpful if the Case Clinic: field was blank and required the user to select a clinic. The box currently populates with the first clinic the user is assigned to. We have multiple front desk employees who are assigned to multiple clinics. Frequently that field is overlooked and results in the wrong clinic being set up on the case.

Locate
In the Locate Money by Identifier report it would be helpful to have the Column 'Applied' to show how much of a payment is applied after the result appears; instead of having to go over to the Invoice Posting screen to find out.

Medical History
For some reason the Medical History does not upload into attachments, as all the other forms do... Also it doesn't show on the exposed records side as all the other forms do

Binder Number on Reports
It would be really helpful to add the Binder number to a variety of reports - specifically the Base Patient List and the Base Visits List, but would be helpful on others as well.

Lead Tracking - Pre Referral
It would be really helpful if we could log potential clients into the system as "potential patients" so we can track our leads and then convert them into a patient once they schedule. We track these separately in an excel spreadsheet and it would be really helpful to have them in A2C and be able to track when they first contacted us, what marketing efforts were involved, our contacts to them, etc, without having them show up as a patient and skew our other reports.

Charges and Documentation Screen
Provide a free text box in charges and documentation screen to provide information to clinical regarding the patient. For example, a patient only has 20 visits per calendar year - watch visits, or any other form of communication pertinent to the plan of care

Per Diem Balance Field
When applying a payment using Add Per Diem Transaction, it would be helpful to be able to 'sum' using the + sign in the balance field.
Some payers break down the patient responsibility across the CPT codes on the EOB, however they do not total the amount so we have to calculate that separately prior to entry.

Total balance auto population
We would like to see a patient's total balance auto populate when charging a card from file. It is inconvenient to have to remember the total from the "patient payment" window

New view option not ideal for viewing past documents
under the new views in the documentation window past documents are barely showing. When switching to legacy fonts they go back to a more normal and fuller view but it'd be nice to have the option to change that window size or just view more without taking that step.

laterality
Is there a way to select a laterality for the flow sheet and have it carry forward for all exercises? I.e patient has an injury on the right foot, currently I have to select Right side for every exercise. It would be awesome if we could select a side via a check box during the initial evaluation or in the case that carries forward to the exercises.

Executive: Script Utilization Report also available in Tabular format
This report has great information, but it is static, could we please have this report also available in tabular format so we can sort by the various categories? It would also be really helpful to be able to sort or filter by compliance with the plan of care. Eg. If a patient's plan of care is 2x16, and they have 2 visits in one week, 1 visit in the next week, and 0 visits in the week after, could we have the functionality to sort by patients with less visits than the plan of care in a specific week?

TRANSACTION SCREEN
I FIND IT VERY INCONVENIENT THAT I HAVE TO HIDE THE VISIT DETAIL BOX TO GET TO THE LAST DOS IN THE TRANSACTION SCREEN. I NEED INFORMATION FROM BOTH AREAS.

Base Posted Money - Select Holding Company
The base posted money report drop down option is set to Holding Company and only the first 30 characters of the holding company name are shown. We have 19 locations all with the same first 45 characters in their name with different ending names.
We can't see which company is being selected form the list.
If the option could instead be Clinic Name, we have shortened those to see the end name of the company.
