  1. Schedule Report to include Resource column

    Coud you please add the Resource column to the Schedule report. We use Resources all the time and it would help us to coordinate the patient care.

  2. pop up for policy coverage

    When scheduling an existing patient for a new appointment, if there is not policy coverage for the dates to be scheduled, pop up to notify at time of scheduling. That way, if an existing patient has a policy that does not follow a calendar year, it will cue to re-verify and extend coverage in policies.

  3. Referral Base Report to Include DOS

    On the Base Referral Report it would be very helpful to have the DOS for the Evaluation. Currently it only has the referral date and while that is important we want to know in a given month how many evaluations were converted from a referral.

  4. Discharged Patients

    Once a patient is discharged and the therapist puts in the discharge date it would be helpful to have a pop-up box that asks if we would like to delete all remaining appointments once that date is put in. It would help eliminate patients being left on the schedule if the patient or therapist forget to let the front desk know.

  6. refunds

    It would be helpful to have the guarantor listed on the Patients Due Refunds report so we can quickly see if the check needs cut to someone else. As in an adult, in the event the patient is a child. Going into every case to look is time consuming.

  7. Increase the size of data allowed to be updated at one time.

    We receive clinic from referral sources that we have to upload to the Non-Treatment Protected section. Right now we can only upload 5MB of data at a time so we have to break the files up (sometimes into as many as 12 or more at a time). Can you please please increase the size allowed to be uploaded?

  10. Authorization Information

    Create an additional section in the case between Prescriptions & Estimated Payment Schedule to record authorization information; start and end dates and number of visits/units authorized. Create a report that pulls just this information, or create a report that will pull just the policy information.

  13. Sorting by dates doesn't work properly

    Sorting by dates doesn't work properly in the case look-up. Sorting by DOB results in a list that returns all of the same Months first, not chronological date sorting. E.g. If you choose to sort by date it will put 05/01/1965, then 05/12/1972, then 05/30/1980. It will then put 07/01/1942 at the end even if I want to sort by oldest first. It will do all January months regardless of year, then all February Months, March.... etc regardless of the year.

  14. Run Base Patient List Report by Initial visit in range

    I really need to run the Base Patient Lists by initial visit (eval) in a specific range. Right now we can only choose Referred Date or Visit Date in the range and it is not specific enough for us to pull data based on new patients coming in on specific dates or range of dates.

  15. Add Attorney as a Class under the Auxiliary Bios

    Add Attorney as a Class under the Auxiliary Bios. Most of those are MVA cases or WC cases that already have an Adjuster or Case Manager. It would be helpful to have this as readily accessible info, as well as keep the database of attorneys handy.

  16. At a glance patient balance

    From the schedule screen, can you display the balance due currently when hovering over the appointment to check them in or when you check them in have a screen that pops up with the balance due? We are currently placing annotations by the patients with the daily balances for quick discussion before patient heads back for therapy. I know the red dots indicate the patient has a balance, but there are several clicks to actually get to the balance due for the day.. This would increase the speed at the desk when patients have those detailed questions and quickly want…

  18. Annotation. Have the ability to double click an annotation to edit

    to make editing an annotation easier, it would be great if you could just double click on it to take you right into the note.

  19. Filter Inactive patients on the referral report

    It would be wonderful when pulling a referral report to have the option to view only ACTIVE patients. 2 options - One, Having a check box when are adding dates to check active patients only. Second, you could have a column option to check ACTIVE ONLY patients. Thank you so much.

  20. Please add "Invoice State" to the Billing : Base : Charges report.

    One way we use this report is to see if any CPT codes are at $0.00 payment (to catch billing issues). It would be good to be able to see if those are at "pending" or "bill complete" to know if we need to look further.
