  1. PTA/OTA time

    With the newest update, the PTA/OTA time cancels out each visit instead of flowing forward from the previous visit. I understand this was added to check for accuracy each visit. However, at our clinic, the PTAs do most of the modalities and exercises with each patient, so it requires additional steps in documenting and more time consuming for all of us to have to add the minutes back in each visit. Are you able to allow this to also flow forward?

  3. Portal Chat

    1. Would it be possible to send patients an automated email notification when their physical therapist responds to a portal message?

    2. The therapists need a resolve option when they respond to a message in the portal chat so that the message disappears. An option could be to add tabs such as "new messages" "past messages" and "current messages" so that the therapists can filter their inbox

  4. Field Requirements

    Can we make certain fields in the questionnaires required so that patients are unable to finalize until they fill out those fields? We have noticed that patients have been skipping over important information.

  5. Health Questionnaires

    On both the Medical History and Injury/condition forms, when the patient types out a lengthy response, the box needs to expand to the size of the response and not scroll. The physical therapists see the form as a PDF so if the response is long, the physical therapists are unable to see the full response.

  6. Health Questionnaires

    Can the three health questionnaires be condensed into one? It is more time consuming for the physical therapists to go through three documents versus opening one document with all the pertinent information. We have also had a couple patients complain about the amount of forms there are to fill out.

  7. changing colors of patient's answers in the patient portal

    When we open the patient's completed paperwork from the patient portal, the contrast of gray and lighter gray is very difficult to see. Can this be changed to black and white?

  8. adding check boxes to medical history form that includes more conditions

    The first box in Medical History has space to write "all health problems, hospitalizations, surgeries, and allergies" that our patients are neglecting to fill out because it is too open and vague it seems. Can we create check boxes similar to the ones already available for diabetes and pacemaker for a longer list of medical conditions, such as depression and cardiovascular disease? Our old medical history form we handed to patients in person included a long list of conditions I would be happy to share with you if this can happen.

  9. height and weight

    For MIPS compliance, we require height and weight records. Can this be added to the Medical History form in the Patient Portal?

  10. Posting: Credit Card Transactions

    On the "posting - Credit Card Transactions" report there is no option to view the total $$ from the transactions listed. Other reports have a "sum" option for the bottom of the report and it would be nice to have one for this report as well

  11. patient portal insurance form

    The patient portal insurance form has a section for the patient to fill in their copay, but the copay listed on the card is usually not related to PT. It can be misleading to patients if they think that they have a $30 copay when it could be much more than that. I think it would be better to remove that question from the form.

  12. Patient Portal Registration Report

    The patient portal registration report needs to have a way to view which patients still need to register. We can view "portal invitation sent" and "patient registered", but it would be nice to have a column or quick way to filter the patients that still need to register.

  14. Make emergency contact a permanent field in the bio section so that it can be merged on the patient portal.

  15. Symbol notifications and flags on cases

    For the therapist who mainly on the charges and documentation section, it would be helpful if there is a Symbol notification in the visit information section. For example, we have flags on patients that can be seen on the schedule but instead of flipping back and forth from charges and documentation the should be able to see the flag to notify them if there is a precaution on the patient. Hope this will be changed soon and I believe it would be a great added feature for patient care and therapist.

    Can we have a "move" option added to the annotations? It would be nice to be able to move an annotation when I move a visit instead of copying the annotation and deleting the old one.

  17. laterality

    Is there a way to select a laterality for the flow sheet and have it carry forward for all exercises? I.e patient has an injury on the right foot, currently I have to select Right side for every exercise. It would be awesome if we could select a side via a check box during the initial evaluation or in the case that carries forward to the exercises.

    is there anyway of changing the layout on my charges and documentation screen? I am having a difficult time scrolling and seeing all the documentations because area is so small. HELP!!!

    Can there be a greyscale option? Version 4 had a much darker format compared to V5. All of the white in V5 is challenging to look at all day long
