Save a Credit Card for Future use (Not charging rightnow)
We often have clients filling out paperwork ahead of their appointments and many are allowing us to keep a credit card on file, but we don't have the ability currently to add a credit card to an account for future use but NOT charge them anything at the moment.
Could this feature please be added. If the client already gave us their credit card information it is not ideal for us to have to wait until their next visit to then have to ask them if we can swipe the card or pull their paperwork to load that information in…

I have yet to get our email set up. I have been paying for this service for years, yet have no tech support to set it up.

credit card payments from insurance carriers
This needs to be a drop down option. If Vantage wants to capture all the fees possible, they should have a way for us to enter insurance payments which often come by credit card. Also, please quit promoting new products that there is absolutely no tech support for. What happened to the tech support team? That was always the best thing about A2C.

Merging patient portal forms to PT documentation
Our PTs have expressed interest in the ability to merge the medical history, injury/condition, demographics...etc into their documentation. It is inconvenient for them to switch between, open, and close tabs in order to complete their documentation. They end up taking their own notes while they are going through the patient portal paperwork. I know that we are able to merge the "Demographics - Patient" form into their case, but is there a way to merge the other forms into an eval note?

Easy identification of "Credit Card on File" for clients and what we have permission to use it for
Could there be a way we can indicate on the client schedule or when checking in that there is a card on file? We don't look very professional if we have to ask the client for payment each time and they have to tell us that they have a card on file, and going through the reminder notes and case notes takes precious time. E.g. a separate available icon on the schedule (we already use all the other options so it would have to be an additional one and tied specifically to the card on file that would automatically add…

Other Insured
We are getting more and more patients that are needing more than three other insured options in the case. Patient is a minor, dad carriers the primary insurance, step dad carriers the secondary insurance, but the guarantor is the biological mom and all communication must go through her. We need one more "other insured" so that mom can be in the guarantor section.

Payment Note Printing on Receipt
Can we add the payment note on the payment receipts? Clients ask this multiple times a day for this, and because it is not available we have to print more extensive reports for them.
Not having it on there causes so much extra work and client confusion, and client frustration. There is no proof of what the payment is for and the patients really don't like that.

Cancellation Policy on Printed and Emailed appointment lists
Can we please add a field to the appointment listings (both printable and email versions) that will allow us to state our cancellation policy. This is critical information that we need to communicate to our patients. Having it printed would help the patients to have a physical written statement that they will see when they review their appointments. This will help our % arrival and % full rates and reduce the number of upset patients when they are being told they have to pay a cancel fee and didn't read the initial paperwork that they signed off on. Printing and Emailing Client Schedules
Please make the emailing client future scheduled appointments easier, more complete, and more streamlined.
We really need to be able to email ALL of the clients appointments in a simple, professional, and organized way quickly and easily.
The fact that the system doesn't allow for emailing more than 2 months of client appointments is really a problem, and the only option is "calendar" form as two separate attachments.
The "messaging" feature is great for some things, but the email appointments is not one of them. There are way too many steps involved and it only allows the email to have…

We often don't know we owe a patient money until after they've been discharged. It would be nice to be able to refund the card on file through A2C

PRINT ICON ON B NOTES
I would like to see the billing notes in a separate floating window the same way the C, V and R note windows pop-up. I would also like a print option on the B note window that will print all notes for the account.
With the new B note opening in a new tab, it is difficult to write notes without seeing the case information. And, in the new tab, I can only print a 'screenshot' the of notes on the account. My work requires all billing notes from the account, not just what is on screen.

multiple referring physicians
We often have referring providers, and another involved provider (PCP, etc) that we'd also like to send IEs and REs to. It would be great to be able to add providers to IE form (more than 1) to then send them on with their name attached.

add authorization end date and number of visits
In patient policy- add authorization end date (not only policy end date) and number of visits authorized, so that we don't have to manually track. If there is already a way to do this, we have not identified it. Having it connected in with the policy information would be really helpful.

Add symbol from Visit summary in Case
Add Symbols from the "patient visit summary"
It would be really helpful if we could schedule appointments out a few weeks, and make note right from the case if the single visit requires a symbol (Complete outcomes form)

Binder Number on Reports
It would be really helpful to add the Binder number to a variety of reports - specifically the Base Patient List and the Base Visits List, but would be helpful on others as well.

We would like to add a mandatory dropdown on the therapist's evaluation (first patient appointment) that requires them to ask the patient how they came across our practice. It could be a textbox or simple dropdown with options: Online, Physician, Friends/Family, Returning Patient, Insurance Website, Other

Charges and Documentation Screen
Provide a free text box in charges and documentation screen to provide information to clinical regarding the patient. For example, a patient only has 20 visits per calendar year - watch visits, or any other form of communication pertinent to the plan of care
