Unable to Change/Delete Saved Credit Card on File
We need to be able to change this fairly regularly and are unable to do it. We can run the transaction on the new card, but it won't save it as the new card on file. AND, if you continue to try saving it, it charges the card multiple times.

outcome measures
Since outcome measures are required for most insurance companies, it would be great to have them accessible in the patient portal so we can send the patients all the necessary documentation. Again this is another reason the patient portal forms should allow for customization.

policy
When having an attachment open and trying to make changes on the case, we are no longer able to enter information from the open attachment, unable to scroll through the attachment to enter in certification numbers into the policy. We would like to be able to have things open like the policy and the authorization attachment or a fax message and the letter where the fax number is housed, to be able to scroll through the open attachments while entering in the information into the case.

Portal Chat
Would it be possible to send patients an automated email notification when their physical therapist responds to a portal message?
The therapists need a resolve option when they respond to a message in the portal chat so that the message disappears. An option could be to add tabs such as "new messages" "past messages" and "current messages" so that the therapists can filter their inbox

Run Base Patient List Report by Initial visit in range
I really need to run the Base Patient Lists by initial visit (eval) in a specific range. Right now we can only choose Referred Date or Visit Date in the range and it is not specific enough for us to pull data based on new patients coming in on specific dates or range of dates.

Scheduling : Upcoming Visits Report
Please remove "FLR due" and "Next FLR Visit" and "Next FLR Visit Therapist" from this report. FLR is no longer required and it shows a red alert on this report which is confusing when training new front-desk staff.

Telehealth - Indicate an appointment is telehealth and launch from A2C
Could there be a way (other than schedule color/appointment type) or case or visit symbol to indicate telehealth and be able to launch the telehealth website from the client case? E.g. we put the link to the telehealth platform somewhere in A2C and then we can launch the website from the client visit or charges screen or case?
We already use all of our schedule colors/appt types for Insurance based classifications and are using the visit and case symbols for other things that would not allow for this type of use without stopping the other uses.

Schedule Report Runs
Could we please get the functionality to set specific reports with specific settings to run automatically and email us or give us a pop-up notice in A2C when ready?
We have several reports we run that would be really helpful to run automatically so that we don't forget to run them or so that the data doesn't change by the time we run them.
E.g. We track most of our statistics on a weekly basis and our week ends on Saturday at 5pm. We have only have one person in the office on Saturday and none of our admin staff,…

Uploading documents to the patient portal
We would like to see an option to upload documents to the patient portal. That way our office can upload additional documents for patients to print, complete, and upload for us to attach to their case.

Toggle button
Toggle Button located on schedule screen to do the following:
1. Press the toggle button once, and it blanks out all scheduled patients leaving ON the "Italicized" patients names that represent patients that have not been scheduled for that day, hour, etc.
2.Press the toggle button again and it returns the schedule to normal.This would help the front office quickly identify patients that have no future visits; it is difficult to identify the "Italicized" font of patients that have no future visits as the overall fonts are small and blend in.

Multi
In the Multi-Row edit feature, it would be nice to have the window remain open after the edit changes are made. Often after adjusting multiple visit balances, then next step is to change the invoice state to Bill Patient. Currently you have to reselect multi-row edit from transactions.

Pull Fax Number from Carriers
Hello,
It would be great if Integrated faxing could fax primary and secondary carriers without having to choose "Ad Hoc". Right now the choices are Adjuster, Patient, Doctors and Ad Hoc. But in the case where a paper claim might need to be sent to a carrier - it would be much easier if either the primary or secondary carrier could be chosen in the first field, if they have a fax number listed.

Scheduling Note
It would be really nice to have a "Scheduling Note" to better be able to coordinate between the PTs and the front desk staff and throughout the team. It would be helpful if this note would be also available the various reports that include visits or are used for schedule compliance and drop off recovery, as well as in the PT charges screen, additional client info, case (likely best in the script section), and anywhere it would be relevant to see. It could function similarly to the reminder note in that it would not need to be a running list.…

Patient Registration Form or section in A2C (Not related to patient portal)
Is there a way to have a digital form or tab in A2C that we can use to record new patient details? We currently use a paper intake form because there is no place to put that information in A2C in a way that makes sense while we are on the phone with the patient. Some of the information is available when creating a new client, and we would love to have additional places for the info. adding check boxes to medical history form that includes more conditions
The first box in Medical History has space to write "all health problems, hospitalizations, surgeries, and allergies" that our patients are neglecting to fill out because it is too open and vague it seems. Can we create check boxes similar to the ones already available for diabetes and pacemaker for a longer list of medical conditions, such as depression and cardiovascular disease? Our old medical history form we handed to patients in person included a long list of conditions I would be happy to share with you if this can happen.

Color Set
Instead of having to "set the color" for each individual exercise-it would be nice to be able to cut and paste a color to multiple exercises.

Patient Attachment Classes
Hello,
I think it would be nice to be able to further classify the documentation that is attached to an individuals account. (e.g. Authorization Documentation, Prescriptions, Outcome Measures). I find the non-treatment class too general and is getting quite cluttered.

B Note Button
Would be nice if the B note button could turn Green if there are notes present to read. If no notes then the button stays blue.

Add "partner" as option for partner status
I'd like for us to be able to add 'partner' as a type in terms of relationship (beyond single, married, divorced, etc) so that we can document if someone has a life partner. Thanks!
