therapist -notes missing signatures
When looking at reports, Therapist Notes missing signatures, is it possible to include in the right click options to Open Case? Only can open note. I am having to open the case to see if a duplicate or not, and if it needs deleting instead of signature.

Color Set
Instead of having to "set the color" for each individual exercise-it would be nice to be able to cut and paste a color to multiple exercises.

Executive: Script Utilization Report Needs Script End
Could the Script End Date be added to the Executive: Script Utilization Report. This report has a lot of useful info on it, but we then have to look for the script end date elsewhere.

Requesting 2 new Insert Parameter fields
Hello,
To help us be more accurate and efficient in the messaging area, we would like you to please add two 'Insert Parameter' fields:
1) Enrollee ID (from Policies tab)
2) Master Case Number (for patient portal) - if we email a patient the Patient Portal invite from one case, but it is not their master case, the case that you are emailing from populates as the "account number" for them to use on the patient portal. Scheduling : Upcoming Visits Report
Please remove "FLR due" and "Next FLR Visit" and "Next FLR Visit Therapist" from this report. FLR is no longer required and it shows a red alert on this report which is confusing when training new front-desk staff.

Faxes not sent box *stays* up until manually x-ed out.
I only just happened to notice a pop-up that a fax I'd sent to a provider had the status of "not picked up." I'm often away from the computer cleaning rooms etc. and it would be SUPER helpful for that notice of a fax not going through to stay up and on the screen until manually closed. That way it stays there and visual until someone has noticed it, versus it just disappearing.

Patient Statements
Be able to date range patient statements. Sometimes we are sending a bill for maybe 1 or 2 DOS but the entire statement prints.
Also being able to provide payment/adjustment information on the statement for patient information. For example, a visit was applied to Anthem BCBS deductible with patient balance of $100. Showing this on a detailed statement will better inform the patient of their responsibility.
Also if there are multiple payors on the DOS showing how each payor processed; again this is more information to the patient.19 votes -
Direct Access Tracking
Direct Access patient are limited to 10 treatments or 1 month of care before they need a prescription. The direct access button makes this difficult to keep track of. It would be helpful if the prescriptions tab allowed for you to enter a direct access period so pts will pop up on unbilled list when an Rx is required.

Scheduling Note
It would be really nice to have a "Scheduling Note" to better be able to coordinate between the PTs and the front desk staff and throughout the team. It would be helpful if this note would be also available the various reports that include visits or are used for schedule compliance and drop off recovery, as well as in the PT charges screen, additional client info, case (likely best in the script section), and anywhere it would be relevant to see. It could function similarly to the reminder note in that it would not need to be a running list.…

Patient Status Tracking and Plan of Care Compliance Dashboard
Could A2C develop a Patient Tracking Dashboard that would give the front desk and management a single place to effectively manage all the patient cases. We are struggling to keep track of all of the coordination of all the information we need to keep up on and make decision on. Currently we have to run a variety of repots and handle each type of information separately, and we often have to print the reports out to work them. This leads to stale information and is very time consuming.

Patient Registration Form or section in A2C (Not related to patient portal)
Is there a way to have a digital form or tab in A2C that we can use to record new patient details? We currently use a paper intake form because there is no place to put that information in A2C in a way that makes sense while we are on the phone with the patient. Some of the information is available when creating a new client, and we would love to have additional places for the info. Executive: Script Utilization Report also available in Tabular format
This report has great information, but it is static, could we please have this report also available in tabular format so we can sort by the various categories? It would also be really helpful to be able to sort or filter by compliance with the plan of care. Eg. If a patient's plan of care is 2x16, and they have 2 visits in one week, 1 visit in the next week, and 0 visits in the week after, could we have the functionality to sort by patients with less visits than the plan of care in a specific week?

Excel Exports are not very functional when totals or counts are involved
Could the export to excel be formatted differently to make the data more accessible/functional? When reports are exported to excel and have totals it makes the report difficult to use in excel because the data in the totals column contains text.This makes the data really difficult to use. All cells must be manually changed to delete out the text, or the formula needs to be re-entered, which is not always possible depending on the way the report was formatted/filtered.

Lead Tracking - Pre Referral
It would be really helpful if we could log potential clients into the system as "potential patients" so we can track our leads and then convert them into a patient once they schedule. We track these separately in an excel spreadsheet and it would be really helpful to have them in A2C and be able to track when they first contacted us, what marketing efforts were involved, our contacts to them, etc, without having them show up as a patient and skew our other reports.

outcome measures
Since outcome measures are required for most insurance companies, it would be great to have them accessible in the patient portal so we can send the patients all the necessary documentation. Again this is another reason the patient portal forms should allow for customization.

Since most clinics have unique forms during the intake process, it would be great if the forms were customizable to be more specific to each clinic.

Patient Attachment Classes
Hello,
I think it would be nice to be able to further classify the documentation that is attached to an individuals account. (e.g. Authorization Documentation, Prescriptions, Outcome Measures). I find the non-treatment class too general and is getting quite cluttered.

Surgery dates in General Information
There is a DOI field (presumably for MVA, WC etc.) but how about most recent or relevant surgery fields and dates? We really could use this for the omnipresent 3rd party Evicore (or other) hoops of pre-authorization forms we fill out and knowing when a patient's most recent surgery occurred would be great. We don't see very many specific post-surgery patients, so perhaps I'm missing a field somewhere. Thanks!!

Add "partner" as option for partner status
I'd like for us to be able to add 'partner' as a type in terms of relationship (beyond single, married, divorced, etc) so that we can document if someone has a life partner. Thanks!

Reopen closed tab
I'd like to be able to return to the most recent 5 tabs/cases or so I was working on. So often I close something up only to realize that I need to get back in it and I'd love to be able to just go to a dropdown and select from the 5-10 most recent cases I was working on.
