  1. Toggle button

    Toggle Button located on schedule screen to do the following:
    1. Press the toggle button once, and it blanks out all scheduled patients leaving ON the "Italicized" patients names that represent patients that have not been scheduled for that day, hour, etc.
    2.Press the toggle button again and it returns the schedule to normal.

    This would help the front office quickly identify patients that have no future visits; it is difficult to identify the "Italicized" font of patients that have no future visits as the overall fonts are small and blend in.

  2. Binder as Master Record for key info

    We hare having issues with data consistency issues that would be fixed by having a single source of info.

    Could the binder contain the master info and be able to override case specific info:

    Name
    DOB
    Address
    Phones
    Emergency Contact Info
    Marketing Preferences
    Documents that are global and not specific to a particular case

    We often find that a DOB is incorrect in one of multiple cases, or that the address is spelled differently, or it takes a long time to find an attachment that is in one of 8 cases.

  3. Patient Secure Portal Messaging - Notifications

    It is not convenient or efficient for us to have to go to the messaging tab to check if there are messages. Please add a feature that would notify the user that they have messages pending like an icon badge with a number. E.g. a message envelope always visible while logged into A2C that will show up with a red circle and a number of new messages.

    Also, is there a way for managers to review outstanding messages so that we can do good quality control and prompt PTs to respond as well as handle messages for anyone that is…

  4. Waitlist Communication and Management

    The waitlist is helpful, but we are struggling with documenting our actions and communications so that the next person who looks at it is able to know what is going on.

    The note section in the waitlist cannot be updated after initially entering the client on the waitlist without it also changing the dates, this has caused a lot of confusion in our office and caused us to reach out to clients who no longer have valid wait list requests because staff didn't realize that every time they added a note to the waitlist that it was pushing out the…

  5. Package Tracking for ease of pre-pay service handling

    Could A2C add a pre-paid service package tracking option. We have several services that we sell packages. Private Pay physical therapy, Massage Therapy, Pilates/Personal Training Sessions, and group classes are sold packages of sessions. E.g. 6, 10, 12.

    A2C doesn't offer any ability to track this currently, and the package rates are different based on the service and the quantity. Whenever a client comes in the front desk has to check their past charge and the case note to piece together what is happening and what charge to apply to the client, and if they pick the wrong charge code…

  6. Open up a payment in the transaction screen to see where it has been applied

    We spend a lot of time figuring out where things got applied in A2C. It would be really nice if we could click on a payment from the client transaction screen and see where it got applied. Our prior EMR did that and it saved so much time.

  7. Case Shortcut, transaction Shortcut, and Messaging Capabilities in most reports

    It is really helpful and a huge time saver to have the shortcuts to open a case and transaction screen from a report or be able to to individually or mass message from a report.

    We would love to see these capabilities in most reports. We often find that we need specific information but the ones that have the messaging capabilities do not contain the information that we are looking to filter down by.

  8. PROVIDER TREE NO LONGER SHOWS PAST EMPLOYED PROVIDERS

    We do not want to delete providers but when we go to do the Provider tree for those in credentialing, we do not want to have to scroll through all the providers that are no longer employed. So when we disable them as a user, we no longer want them to show up in User Positions or Provider tree ( we want them hidden) but still be available in the system in case we need them sometime for billing purposes.   9. FLAG SYSTEM FOR HIGH, MEDIUM, LOW RISK PATIENTS

    I know we kind of submitted this for the charges and documentation screen but would also like to see it on the schedule. If we could make a field "RISK LEVEL" and we select "High, Medium, Low" and each one has it's own color assigned. For example if High Risk, the wording would be in Red or Highlighted red. This would show up on expanded box on the schedule when you click on a patient and see visit info or in the charges and documentation. You could have another field where you describe what is going on, ie PACEMAKER, FALL…

  10. Appointment Reminder

    It would be helpful to add the clinic's informal name in the appointment reminder along with the existing location's phone number. We have clinic clusters that share patients who sometimes get confused as to which location their appointment may be scheduled even though the phone number is listed in their appt. reminder.   11. Doctor Report

    Please can we have additional columns for "Doctor First Name" "Doctor Last Name", "Doctor Title", and "Doctor Full Name With Title"

    We find that when we pull the doctor lists out of A2C to send letters, holiday cards, etc. to it is hard to work with and takes more steps because the only format that it will give it in is Last Title First. E.g. Smith MD, John. So it has to be split up into Doctor First, Doctor Last, and then Title. When we format our address labels they are formatted:

    Salutation, First Last, Title (Dr. Johh Smith, MD)

  12. Doctor/Referral Salutation is not available

    Please add Doctor Saluation. E.g. Ms., Mr. Dr., etc. to the contact info for doctors.

    It is important to for us to address doctors professionally and the system provides no place for this information, so when we send letters out to them there is no way for us to address it to Dr. James Smith, MD. It just says James Smith, MD when we use the excel download.

    Many doctors get upset with us when we do not address them correctly on the phone or via mail, and generally is makes our office look less professional and hurts our reputation.

  13. fax draft and reopen a fax

    I would like to be able to save a draft of a fax, or have the window stay open while I retrieve info from somewhere else. Currently I have to cancel the fax and start over.

    I would also like the opportunity to reopen a failed fax (in this case I had a typo in the fax number) to make a correction instead of starting from scratch.

  16. Minor's Turning 18

    It would be nice to have a button that could be checked that indicates the patient is a minor, and it alerts us that they have turned 18.

    This way when the patient is legally and adult, we'll be able to have a pop up that ensures new billing and treatment consent is obtained.

    If possible, it'd be preferred if the pop up would alert us at check in and was only dismissed with maybe re-entering your login password. A simple dismissal wouldn't be reliable.

  17. task list

    It would be great if the task list could be organized by patient - sometimes we don't catch things right away, and if they've had multiple visits they now have multiple tasks throughout the list, which ends up wasting time.

  18. Ability to have multiple schedule "tabs" so you can be in 2 "locations" at once

  19. Pull Fax Number from Carriers

    Hello,
    It would be great if Integrated faxing could fax primary and secondary carriers without having to choose "Ad Hoc". Right now the choices are Adjuster, Patient, Doctors and Ad Hoc. But in the case where a paper claim might need to be sent to a carrier - it would be much easier if either the primary or secondary carrier could be chosen in the first field, if they have a fax number listed.

  20. therapist -notes missing signatures

    When looking at reports, Therapist Notes missing signatures, is it possible to include in the right click options to Open Case? Only can open note. I am having to open the case to see if a duplicate or not, and if it needs deleting instead of signature.
