  1. Discharged Patients

    Once a patient is discharged and the therapist puts in the discharge date it would be helpful to have a pop-up box that asks if we would like to delete all remaining appointments once that date is put in. It would help eliminate patients being left on the schedule if the patient or therapist forget to let the front desk know.

  2. add authorization end date and number of visits

    In patient policy- add authorization end date (not only policy end date) and number of visits authorized, so that we don't have to manually track. If there is already a way to do this, we have not identified it. Having it connected in with the policy information would be really helpful.

  4. workers comp

    I would like a space to put the adjuster and adjuster fax and phone for workers comp and motor vehicle claims. They are not the same for every case. You have it now so that it can only be added to the claim if its the same every time with the same company. That is never the case. It should be a feature that you can add to each profile individually.

  5. changing colors of patient's answers in the patient portal

    When we open the patient's completed paperwork from the patient portal, the contrast of gray and lighter gray is very difficult to see. Can this be changed to black and white?

  6. patient portal insurance form

    The patient portal insurance form has a section for the patient to fill in their copay, but the copay listed on the card is usually not related to PT. It can be misleading to patients if they think that they have a $30 copay when it could be much more than that. I think it would be better to remove that question from the form.

  10. How did you hear about us?

    We would like to add a mandatory dropdown on the therapist's evaluation (first patient appointment) that requires them to ask the patient how they came across our practice. It could be a textbox or simple dropdown with options: Online, Physician, Friends/Family, Returning Patient, Insurance Website, Other

  14. Health Questionnaires

    On both the Medical History and Injury/condition forms, when the patient types out a lengthy response, the box needs to expand to the size of the response and not scroll. The physical therapists see the form as a PDF so if the response is long, the physical therapists are unable to see the full response.

    When will form designer be available? I am interested in the option for expandable/collapsable sections to reduce the need for so many forms (ie i can have an oncology section that is collapsed unless needed).

  17. Merging patient portal forms to PT documentation

    Our PTs have expressed interest in the ability to merge the medical history, injury/condition, demographics...etc into their documentation. It is inconvenient for them to switch between, open, and close tabs in order to complete their documentation. They end up taking their own notes while they are going through the patient portal paperwork. I know that we are able to merge the "Demographics - Patient" form into their case, but is there a way to merge the other forms into an eval note?

  18. Open up a payment in the transaction screen to see where it has been applied

    We spend a lot of time figuring out where things got applied in A2C. It would be really nice if we could click on a payment from the client transaction screen and see where it got applied. Our prior EMR did that and it saved so much time.

  19. PROVIDER TREE NO LONGER SHOWS PAST EMPLOYED PROVIDERS

    We do not want to delete providers but when we go to do the Provider tree for those in credentialing, we do not want to have to scroll through all the providers that are no longer employed. So when we disable them as a user, we no longer want them to show up in User Positions or Provider tree ( we want them hidden) but still be available in the system in case we need them sometime for billing purposes. So for instance if we enable them again they would show up again. The provider tree already collapses completely when…

  20. Direct Access Tracking

    Direct Access patient are limited to 10 treatments or 1 month of care before they need a prescription. The direct access button makes this difficult to keep track of. It would be helpful if the prescriptions tab allowed for you to enter a direct access period so pts will pop up on unbilled list when an Rx is required.
