  1. outcome measures

    Since outcome measures are required for most insurance companies, it would be great to have them accessible in the patient portal so we can send the patients all the necessary documentation. Again this is another reason the patient portal forms should allow for customization.

  2. Field Requirements

    Can we make certain fields in the questionnaires required so that patients are unable to finalize until they fill out those fields? We have noticed that patients have been skipping over important information.

  3. Health Questionnaires

    Can the three health questionnaires be condensed into one? It is more time consuming for the physical therapists to go through three documents versus opening one document with all the pertinent information. We have also had a couple patients complain about the amount of forms there are to fill out.

  4. height and weight

  6. SPELL CHECK

    It would be very helpful if the spell check function worked in case/binder/reminder notes as well as the flow sheet. The flow sheet is especially important because it is part of the patient's medical record.

  7. printing out schedules

    When scheduling multiple cases for the same patient, it would be a great to be able to print the future schedule for all of them onto one master list, instead of printing separate schedules for each case and winding up with multiple calendars/lists to keep track of.

  9. Units and Total Charges needed in Claim Generation Screen

    The Claim Generation screen lacks options for Total # of units and Total $ of charges. Our past system had those and it really helps us to catch gross mistakes such as billing out 10 units of something instead of 1, or accidentally underbilling 1 unit for a whole visit.

    Could this please be added asap! Without it we have to wait until claims process to catch big mistakes, causing delays and extra time in correcting things and potentially having to bill out an addended claim.

  10. Cancellation Policy on Printed and Emailed appointment lists

    Can we please add a field to the appointment listings (both printable and email versions) that will allow us to state our cancellation policy. This is critical information that we need to communicate to our patients. Having it printed would help the patients to have a physical written statement that they will see when they review their appointments. This will help our % arrival and % full rates and reduce the number of upset patients when they are being told they have to pay a cancel fee and didn't read the initial paperwork that they signed off on.   11. FLAG SYSTEM FOR HIGH, MEDIUM, LOW RISK PATIENTS

    I know we kind of submitted this for the charges and documentation screen but would also like to see it on the schedule. If we could make a field "RISK LEVEL" and we select "High, Medium, Low" and each one has it's own color assigned. For example if High Risk, the wording would be in Red or Highlighted red. This would show up on expanded box on the schedule when you click on a patient and see visit info or in the charges and documentation. You could have another field where you describe what is going on, ie PACEMAKER, FALL…

  12. Scheduling : Upcoming Visits Report

    Please remove "FLR due" and "Next FLR Visit" and "Next FLR Visit Therapist" from this report. FLR is no longer required and it shows a red alert on this report which is confusing when training new front-desk staff.

  13. Scheduling Note

    It would be really nice to have a "Scheduling Note" to better be able to coordinate between the PTs and the front desk staff and throughout the team. It would be helpful if this note would be also available the various reports that include visits or are used for schedule compliance and drop off recovery, as well as in the PT charges screen, additional client info, case (likely best in the script section), and anywhere it would be relevant to see. It could function similarly to the reminder note in that it would not need to be a running list.…

  14. Patient Registration Form or section in A2C (Not related to patient portal)

    Is there a way to have a digital form or tab in A2C that we can use to record new patient details? We currently use a paper intake form because there is no place to put that information in A2C in a way that makes sense while we are on the phone with the patient. Some of the information is available when creating a new client, and we would love to have additional places for the info.   16. Add "partner" as option for partner status

    I'd like for us to be able to add 'partner' as a type in terms of relationship (beyond single, married, divorced, etc) so that we can document if someone has a life partner. Thanks!

  17. Private Annotation - To Do List

    It would be nice to have a Private Annotation that we could post our own "To-Do" list. For example, when I have a meeting, It would be nice to put in the annotation the topics I would like to discuss, maybe about employee status, hiring a new employee, etc. Things I do not want the rest of my therapists to see, but also in a convenient place that I can see. Also may be nice for treating therapists if they have a gap in their schedule that they could pull up their own To-Do List that can be private. Also…

  18. PTA/OTA time

    With the newest update, the PTA/OTA time cancels out each visit instead of flowing forward from the previous visit. I understand this was added to check for accuracy each visit. However, at our clinic, the PTAs do most of the modalities and exercises with each patient, so it requires additional steps in documenting and more time consuming for all of us to have to add the minutes back in each visit. Are you able to allow this to also flow forward?

  19. From the schedule it would be nice to click on a patient name and see what the co-pay is without having to go into the case

  20. fax

    Please return the taskbar to the incoming faxes. We used to be able to see what page number we scrolled to, which was extremely helpful when attaching multiple pages to different sections of multiple cases. Some doctors will send a bulk of POCs (say 20 pages) and each page is a different patient. So if we're interrupted by other business and have to go back:
    1. It sometimes “resets” so we have to select the fax again and re-scroll to the page we were on.
    2. we're in the middle of adding a fax, and by the time we come…
