  1. Minor's Turning 18

    It would be nice to have a button that could be checked that indicates the patient is a minor, and it alerts us that they have turned 18.

    This way when the patient is legally and adult, we'll be able to have a pop up that ensures new billing and treatment consent is obtained.

    If possible, it'd be preferred if the pop up would alert us at check in and was only dismissed with maybe re-entering your login password. A simple dismissal wouldn't be reliable.

  2. Reopen closed tab

    I'd like to be able to return to the most recent 5 tabs/cases or so I was working on. So often I close something up only to realize that I need to get back in it and I'd love to be able to just go to a dropdown and select from the 5-10 most recent cases I was working on.

  3. Symbols

    We have a Spanish population in our area and have to designate on our schedule if they are Spanish speaking because we only have a few Spanish speaking providers. We use the symbols for this. We also use symbols for our balance program, sports medicine, etc. We use our visit type for the type of body part we are seeing them for. We really would like to be able to use 2-3 symbols to help us appropriately schedule patients with the appropriate therapist.

  4. font size too small, unable to magnify adequately with current options

    Using an older Surface Pro 4 with a small screen, i'm unable to magnify the schedule enough. I can pick resolution values and text sizes that make the upper portions of the schedule nice and readable, but the lower portion of the actual schedule itself remains much too small and won't get any bigger.

  6. New Case - Clinic Dropdown

    When creating a case for a new patient, it would be helpful if the Case Clinic: field was blank and required the user to select a clinic. The box currently populates with the first clinic the user is assigned to. We have multiple front desk employees who are assigned to multiple clinics. Frequently that field is overlooked and results in the wrong clinic being set up on the case.

  7. Locate

    In the Locate Money by Identifier report it would be helpful to have the Column 'Applied' to show how much of a payment is applied after the result appears; instead of having to go over to the Invoice Posting screen to find out.

  13. Provider Termination Date

    It would be very helpful to see a termination date added to the provider table.
    This way claims wouldn't accidentally get billed out under a "case therapist" that no longer works with us (for PTA's), but they are still in the system to process claims for DOS they were employed. This termination date would only be used for the system to error out claims trying to bill with that therapist after their termination date.

  15. Set charges/documentation tab so that patients do NOT disappear from that tab when cancelled

    We'd like a setting where you can keep cancelled patients on the documentation/charges tab so that it cues the provider to write a cancellation note or no show note. Otherwise it's easy to forget.

  16. Direct secure messaging

    Hello,

    A great feature that would have a lot of potential for use would be direct secure messaging. With this A2C would have the ability to communicate with different EMR systems. This would potentially provide fluid communication with other providers who use other systems.

  18. PT/PTA co-treat units update on Therapist Productivity Report

    Hello, We currently do a lot of cotreating when we have a patient that is a Progress Report. The PT sees the patient for 15 minutes and takes the measurements then the PTA sees the patient for the remaining 30 minutes (we do 45 min appts). It would be nice to have a "cotreat" option to put the patient on 2 therapist's schedules without creating 2 separate bills and billing them twice for one DOS. Added bonus to have it split the units between what PTA minutes vs PT minutes to keep track of on "therapist productivity" report since right…

    It would be very helpful to have the patient DOB, and perhaps policy group numbers, in the transactions screen, to limit having to transition between the case and transactions screens; this would be especially helpful when many tabs are open.

  20. Annotation Default Duration

    Could we have the functionality to set a default duration on annotations by each type of annotation we have? It would make schedule coordination a lot quicker and easier.
