    Auto Save Documentation

    There absolutely needs to be an auto save feature that happens during the note taking process. There are too many times when a Therapist is documenting and suddenly an issue will occur with Clinic Controller. After logging back and even after recovering a document they will find that none of their notes are present. An auto save feature that's saved by the minute or after changes are made should be a focus or feature that needs to be worked on.

  2. Editing visit type directly in visit summary screen

    It would be helpful to be able to right click on a visit in a patient's case, under the Visit Summary tab, and be able to edit the visit type right from there.

  4. Access to adjust print settings within in clinic controller

    When printing reports, it would be helpful to be able to change the settings to choose landscape or portrait. Currently when we print a report it will unpredictably randomly choose landscape or portrait and I am not able to make the selection myself.

  5. Schedule color for OT, PT, PTA & SPT/SPTA

    Have a variation of color on the schedule to identify between the different type of therapist. Would help with scheduling the wrong type of patient on incorrect therapist. Thanks!

  6. case information visible on schedule screen

    Have specific payer listed, copay amount, and auth visits visible when clicking on a case (that is visible at the top of the scheduling screen) instead of having to click through to case and then tabs to find the info. This way it can be seen easily on check in without additional action taken.

  7. multi page scanning

    Currently, CC only has the ability to do single page scanning to a case. Being able to upload multiple pages for remits and EOPs, imaging records, etc would be really helpful. Being compelled to do 1 page at a time is really cumbersome and inefficient.

  8. Fax integration with other providers

    A great faxing option would be to have integration with other providers. By this I mean being able to add your current service providers fax number into A2C's fax system/provider. Currently if you have an existing fax number you would need it to be forwarded from your local service provider to your A2C fax number.

    However with this setting it adds in points of failure, for example if the local service provider is having issues then there would be numerous failed faxes. If we could port in the existing number into A2C's current fax provider then this would provide for…

  9. Flow sheet reminder

    On the Flow sheet reminder, can you add these items: Dx, MD, Prec, POC. If these showed up on all flow sheet reminders, we won't have to remember what goes in there (esp new PTs, or when we are real busy)... we can just add the needed information. We use this so that any PT or PTA can quickly see the information.

  10. Flashing Reminder

    It'd be helpful if a reminder that was timestamped could flash or be another color or something if a reminder is (+7 days / +14 days / etc ) old .. so that if a reminder was forgotten to be deleted it'd be less likely to miss.

    But at the same time ... we have patients that we keep credit cards on file for that they have reminders that pop up so often that the reminder pop up is almost not even effective.

    Its a troublesome roundabout we go through with trying to get staff to not miss them, but…

  11. invoice state

    We would like to see an option of Medical Records in the invoice state. When we send an invoice to the person(s) requesting the medical records we add a non-treatment charge at that time in the amount that it cost to send them the records. Others check the patient in and see the amount owing and think it is patient due. If it had "Medical Records" we would not have to prepare refunds to the patients.

  12. Add field for if patient has a credit card saved on file

    It would be good if the Base: Upcoming visits report had a field for Credit card on file (checkbox) or not.

  14. Waitlist beyond 4 weeks

    Please open up the waitlist for more than 4 weeks, we often have people scheduling out 8-12 weeks and it is very restrictive to only be able to put them on the waitlist for 4 weeks and then have to remember to add them again every 4 weeks.

  15. Merge email address from demographics to Binder : Patient Portal

    Please make it so that the Binder : Patient Portal pulls the email address from the demographics, rather than having to Edit and then cut and paste it.

  17. Minimize Older Appointments

    Minimize older appointments. It would be nice for those patients that have a long list of appointments, to group them after so long and shorten the list. Then have an arrow that you could click to show them if needed.

  18. Invoicing, Deposits

    In Invoicing : Deposits - please make the "net" amount next to the credit cards match the "net" amount in the Posted Credit Card Payments report. We have to manually calculate the Net deposits each day and it would be good if the calculated amount could be double checked against the list in Invoicing : Deposits.

  19. Increase the size of data allowed to be updated at one time.

    We receive clinic from referral sources that we have to upload to the Non-Treatment Protected section. Right now we can only upload 5MB of data at a time so we have to break the files up (sometimes into as many as 12 or more at a time). Can you please please increase the size allowed to be uploaded?

  20. Sorting by dates doesn't work properly

    Sorting by dates doesn't work properly in the case look-up. Sorting by DOB results in a list that returns all of the same Months first, not chronological date sorting. E.g. If you choose to sort by date it will put 05/01/1965, then 05/12/1972, then 05/30/1980. It will then put 07/01/1942 at the end even if I want to sort by oldest first. It will do all January months regardless of year, then all February Months, March.... etc regardless of the year.
