Add Attorney as a Class under the Auxiliary Bios
Add Attorney as a Class under the Auxiliary Bios. Most of those are MVA cases or WC cases that already have an Adjuster or Case Manager. It would be helpful to have this as readily accessible info, as well as keep the database of attorneys handy.

It would be helpful to be able to delete the clinics from the scheduling list if the clinic has permanently closed.
We have several clinics that we closed and there is no way to take them out of the drop down list of clinics.

Global Schedule
It would be nice to have a global schedule where you could bring together therapist's schedules from different clinics to enable ease of scheduling or help identify who is slow if coverage is needed between clinics.

Save a Credit Card for Future use (Not charging rightnow)
We often have clients filling out paperwork ahead of their appointments and many are allowing us to keep a credit card on file, but we don't have the ability currently to add a credit card to an account for future use but NOT charge them anything at the moment.
Could this feature please be added. If the client already gave us their credit card information it is not ideal for us to have to wait until their next visit to then have to ask them if we can swipe the card or pull their paperwork to load that information in…

credit card payments from insurance carriers
This needs to be a drop down option. If Vantage wants to capture all the fees possible, they should have a way for us to enter insurance payments which often come by credit card. Also, please quit promoting new products that there is absolutely no tech support for. What happened to the tech support team? That was always the best thing about A2C.

Easy identification of "Credit Card on File" for clients and what we have permission to use it for
Could there be a way we can indicate on the client schedule or when checking in that there is a card on file? We don't look very professional if we have to ask the client for payment each time and they have to tell us that they have a card on file, and going through the reminder notes and case notes takes precious time. E.g. a separate available icon on the schedule (we already use all the other options so it would have to be an additional one and tied specifically to the card on file that would automatically add…

Other Insured
We are getting more and more patients that are needing more than three other insured options in the case. Patient is a minor, dad carriers the primary insurance, step dad carriers the secondary insurance, but the guarantor is the biological mom and all communication must go through her. We need one more "other insured" so that mom can be in the guarantor section.

Payment Note Printing on Receipt
Can we add the payment note on the payment receipts? Clients ask this multiple times a day for this, and because it is not available we have to print more extensive reports for them.
Not having it on there causes so much extra work and client confusion, and client frustration. There is no proof of what the payment is for and the patients really don't like that.

Case Shortcut, transaction Shortcut, and Messaging Capabilities in most reports
It is really helpful and a huge time saver to have the shortcuts to open a case and transaction screen from a report or be able to to individually or mass message from a report.
We would love to see these capabilities in most reports. We often find that we need specific information but the ones that have the messaging capabilities do not contain the information that we are looking to filter down by.

Appointment Reminder
It would be helpful to add the clinic's informal name in the appointment reminder along with the existing location's phone number. We have clinic clusters that share patients who sometimes get confused as to which location their appointment may be scheduled even though the phone number is listed in their appt. reminder. Doctor Report
Please can we have additional columns for "Doctor First Name" "Doctor Last Name", "Doctor Title", and "Doctor Full Name With Title"
We find that when we pull the doctor lists out of A2C to send letters, holiday cards, etc. to it is hard to work with and takes more steps because the only format that it will give it in is Last Title First. E.g. Smith MD, John. So it has to be split up into Doctor First, Doctor Last, and then Title. When we format our address labels they are formatted:
Salutation, First Last, Title (Dr. Johh Smith, MD)

task list
It would be great if the task list could be organized by patient - sometimes we don't catch things right away, and if they've had multiple visits they now have multiple tasks throughout the list, which ends up wasting time.

Faxes not sent box *stays* up until manually x-ed out.
I only just happened to notice a pop-up that a fax I'd sent to a provider had the status of "not picked up." I'm often away from the computer cleaning rooms etc. and it would be SUPER helpful for that notice of a fax not going through to stay up and on the screen until manually closed. That way it stays there and visual until someone has noticed it, versus it just disappearing.

Patient Status Tracking and Plan of Care Compliance Dashboard
Could A2C develop a Patient Tracking Dashboard that would give the front desk and management a single place to effectively manage all the patient cases. We are struggling to keep track of all of the coordination of all the information we need to keep up on and make decision on. Currently we have to run a variety of repots and handle each type of information separately, and we often have to print the reports out to work them. This leads to stale information and is very time consuming.

Excel Exports are not very functional when totals or counts are involved
Could the export to excel be formatted differently to make the data more accessible/functional? When reports are exported to excel and have totals it makes the report difficult to use in excel because the data in the totals column contains text.This makes the data really difficult to use. All cells must be manually changed to delete out the text, or the formula needs to be re-entered, which is not always possible depending on the way the report was formatted/filtered.

Surgery dates in General Information
There is a DOI field (presumably for MVA, WC etc.) but how about most recent or relevant surgery fields and dates? We really could use this for the omnipresent 3rd party Evicore (or other) hoops of pre-authorization forms we fill out and knowing when a patient's most recent surgery occurred would be great. We don't see very many specific post-surgery patients, so perhaps I'm missing a field somewhere. Thanks!!

Per Diem Balance Field
When applying a payment using Add Per Diem Transaction, it would be helpful to be able to 'sum' using the + sign in the balance field.
Some payers break down the patient responsibility across the CPT codes on the EOB, however they do not total the amount so we have to calculate that separately prior to entry.

We would like to see a patient's total balance auto populate when charging a card from file. It is inconvenient to have to remember the total from the "patient payment" window

referrals
Please make the Base:Referrals report pull the Primary Carrier from the Policies area. Right now it pulls "Current Primary", but this makes it so that the only patients that have a primary listed in the report are those who have their evaluation already scheduled. We need to manage our caseload payer mix, so when the front desk pulls the referrals report, they are having to manually enter the patient's primary insurance carrier if they aren't scheduled yet.
