Schedule Report Runs
Could we please get the functionality to set specific reports with specific settings to run automatically and email us or give us a pop-up notice in A2C when ready?
We have several reports we run that would be really helpful to run automatically so that we don't forget to run them or so that the data doesn't change by the time we run them.

PRINT ICON ON B NOTES
I would like to see the billing notes in a separate floating window the same way the C, V and R note windows pop-up. I would also like a print option on the B note window that will print all notes for the account.
With the new B note opening in a new tab, it is difficult to write notes without seeing the case information. And, in the new tab, I can only print a 'screenshot' the of notes on the account. My work requires all billing notes from the account, not just what is on screen.

Add symbol from Visit summary in Case
Add Symbols from the "patient visit summary"
It would be really helpful if we could schedule appointments out a few weeks, and make note right from the case if the single visit requires a symbol (Complete outcomes form)

Charges and Documentation Screen
Provide a free text box in charges and documentation screen to provide information to clinical regarding the patient. For example, a patient only has 20 visits per calendar year - watch visits, or any other form of communication pertinent to the plan of care

Binder as Master Record for key info
We hare having issues with data consistency issues that would be fixed by having a single source of info.
Could the binder contain the master info and be able to override case specific info:
Name
DOB
Address
Phones
Emergency Contact Info
Marketing Preferences
Documents that are global and not specific to a particular caseWe often find that a DOB is incorrect in one of multiple cases, or that the address is spelled differently, or it takes a long time to find an attachment that is in one of 8 cases.

Waitlist Communication and Management
The waitlist is helpful, but we are struggling with documenting our actions and communications so that the next person who looks at it is able to know what is going on.

Package Tracking for ease of pre-pay service handling
Could A2C add a pre-paid service package tracking option. We have several services that we sell packages. Private Pay physical therapy, Massage Therapy, Pilates/Personal Training Sessions, and group classes are sold packages of sessions. E.g. 6, 10, 12.
A2C doesn't offer any ability to track this currently, and the package rates are different based on the service and the quantity. Whenever a client comes in the front desk has to check their past charge and the case note to piece together what is happening and what charge to apply to the client, and if they pick the wrong charge code…

Doctor/Referral Salutation is not available
Please add Doctor Saluation. E.g. Ms., Mr. Dr., etc. to the contact info for doctors.
It is important to for us to address doctors professionally and the system provides no place for this information, so when we send letters out to them there is no way for us to address it to Dr. James Smith, MD. It just says James Smith, MD when we use the excel download.
Many doctors get upset with us when we do not address them correctly on the phone or via mail, and generally is makes our office look less professional and hurts our reputation.

therapist -notes missing signatures
When looking at reports, Therapist Notes missing signatures, is it possible to include in the right click options to Open Case? Only can open note. I am having to open the case to see if a duplicate or not, and if it needs deleting instead of signature.

Executive: Script Utilization Report Needs Script End
Could the Script End Date be added to the Executive: Script Utilization Report. This report has a lot of useful info on it, but we then have to look for the script end date elsewhere.

Requesting 2 new Insert Parameter fields
Hello,
To help us be more accurate and efficient in the messaging area, we would like you to please add two 'Insert Parameter' fields:
1) Enrollee ID (from Policies tab)
2) Master Case Number (for patient portal) - if we email a patient the Patient Portal invite from one case, but it is not their master case, the case that you are emailing from populates as the "account number" for them to use on the patient portal. Lead Tracking - Pre Referral
It would be really helpful if we could log potential clients into the system as "potential patients" so we can track our leads and then convert them into a patient once they schedule. We track these separately in an excel spreadsheet and it would be really helpful to have them in A2C and be able to track when they first contacted us, what marketing efforts were involved, our contacts to them, etc, without having them show up as a patient and skew our other reports.

New view option not ideal for viewing past documents
under the new views in the documentation window past documents are barely showing. When switching to legacy fonts they go back to a more normal and fuller view but it'd be nice to have the option to change that window size or just view more without taking that step.

Symbol notifications and flags on cases
For the therapist who mainly on the charges and documentation section, it would be helpful if there is a Symbol notification in the visit information section. For example, we have flags on patients that can be seen on the schedule but instead of flipping back and forth from charges and documentation the should be able to see the flag to notify them if there is a precaution on the patient. Hope this will be changed soon and I believe it would be a great added feature for patient care and therapist.

Greyscale for V5
Can there be a greyscale option? Version 4 had a much darker format compared to V5. All of the white in V5 is challenging to look at all day long

statement
Be able to print itemized statements for specific dates of service. We often have patients that need to submit an itemized statement for the HSA or something, and they need them at each visit. It would be more convenient for us and for the patient to be able to have one just that single date, or for specific DOS without being every single date so far.

Auto Save
Auto Save Documentation
There absolutely needs to be an auto save feature that happens during the note taking process. There are too many times when a Therapist is documenting and suddenly an issue will occur with Clinic Controller. After logging back and even after recovering a document they will find that none of their notes are present. An auto save feature that's saved by the minute or after changes are made should be a focus or feature that needs to be worked on.

User Performance Chart
Based on recent events following updates to the servers and hosting, it's become clear that the User Performance Chart found in Reports | Auditing needs to be re-hashed in some way. Currently the only definite sources of latency are the server (in green) and the client (in blue). The "Network" indicator is so broadly defined by this report that it leaves a huge array of potential variables including (but not limited to) the host location network, ISP, infrastructure, and routing relays within the wider internet as a whole.
